Located less than 750m to the beautiful foreshores and township of Rye, Peninsula Holiday Rentals presents this gorgeous newly renovated 3 bedroom holiday rental accommodation with all the modern conveniences for guests to enjoy.
With simplicity and functionally in mind, this holiday home offers open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and 3 bar stool, dining for 8 and lounge with a fabulous 50inch Smart TV with Netflix availability and DVD player.
A small library of DVDs and Board Games are available for guest use.
Continue out onto the undercover alfresco area complete with outdoor lounge, dining and BBQ facilities, the perfect setting to relax and unwind with friends and family.
Bathroom facilities include master with ensuite and main bathroom comprising of vanity, separate shower and bath and a separate toilet located near the laundry.
Laundry facilities include: Front loader washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and clothes
