We Came Back For More!

This was our second stay in this beautiful beach condo. First stayed in Aug 2023 and booked this second stay as soon as we got home. The condo ticks all of the boxes for my family. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow us to enjoy the stay without feeling stacked up on each other. The living room is a large open area where we could enjoy group meals and activities and then the room makes a great 3rd bedroom at night. Super clean and modern space right on the boardwalk with a large private balcony to take it all in. Quiet and safe while still being close to everything. Two covered parking spaces and excellent communication with the owners & mgmt company. We're already planning our next visit and can't recommend the condo high enough.

Wow! So impressed! Starting with TWO garage parking spaces we were already happy with our choice. The unit is GORGEOUS & huge. Super clean, 2 beds, 2 full baths, FULL laundry, full kitchen (nicer than mine at home), large living/dining area with TV access to all premiums and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Great communication and service. SAFE! We will truly never stay anywhere else. Can't wait to get back!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient Location

This condo was a gem of a find! The condo is located in a prime location on the Ocean City boardwalk. My family appreciated the clean, organized and beautiful space the condo provided for our long weekend. The owners communicated well and sent a very kind and welcoming letter prior to our stay. It was the perfect experience. We hope to rent this place again in the near future.

Perfect Spring Stay

The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk and easy to go south or north. The Tram stops right in front of the condo. The condo was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The bed, sheets and pillows were all very comfortable, too. On the downside, they could use another chair in the living room; rubber mats under the rugs because they are VERY slippery (we just put them away while we were there); some beach, chairs, floats & beach towels. When you’re traveling from longer distances, packing those items is just not feasible; & even something as simple as salt and pepper would’ve been appreciated. Also, they have a Keurig, which is not in the listing, if you want to bring some pods with you.

Perfect beach getaway

The condo was perfectly located right on the boardwalk, one of the cleanest places I have stayed and with all linens included. The host provided great instructions, recommendations, and responded to questions quickly. Parking was included which was an added bonus. It was a perfect space for our family of 3 and we would absolutely love to stay there again!

Great summer getaway

The words from my 11year old autistic son melted my heart when he said to me “mommy I love staying here it feels like home, but just in the beach!” The owner was fabulous with his communication. I would definitely book again in the near future.

Fantastic Beach Condo for a Bachelorette Weekend!

This beach house is a must if you plan on having a bachelorette weekend with a small group of friends. My best friend decided to have our Bachelorette weekend in OCMD and the Airbnb prices were too high for just a weekend at the beach for 5 people. This beach condo was nice, clean and had an ocean view. He allowed us to check-in and check-out as early or as late as we wanted as they did not plan on renting it out the following week. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you would need from a dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels, wash cloths. Literally everything including the dish and laundry detergent! Although we stayed for a bachelorette weekend, the condo is very family-friendly and can sleep up to 8 people! We didn’t realize it until once we were leaving, but there is a rollaway bed tucked under the lower bunk bed. Overall, our stay was amazing and I have to thank Steve for being such an outstanding virtual host! He was able to snag one additional parking pass for us since all of us were coming from different states and had to take separate cars due to our work schedules. Communication was easy and prompt and I would definitely rent this place out again!!!

Simply amazing and beautiful condo right on the boardwalk!!

This condo was wonderful. The pictures were precise. I had a few questions before the trip and Steve always got back to me immediately. I have stayed at numerous condos in Ocean City and I can say, without hesitation, that this condo is the CLEANEST you will ever rent!! It is well stocked with everything you will need. Location is perfect right on the boardwalk. The only suggestion I would have is that it would have been nice to have a dresser in the second bedroom. Other than that, it was a wonderful week. Thanks Steve!!

Wonderful Condo!

Property is bright and spacious with all the amenities of home. Patio facing the ocean is so relaxing and great for people watching. Steve was a great, friendly host who was easy to communicate with and really cared about our stay! Looking forward to booking again next year!

Great rental property!

Condo was very clean and well-maintained. Shows pride in ownership. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Provided linens, towels, paper products, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, board games and much more! The renters coming in after us canceled their stay and the owner offered us extended time on check out day free of charge. We would definitely rent here again and would recommend to others.
