Two storey home with ocean views which is located only five minutes into Victor Harbor Central where you'll find all of the shops, amenities, hotels, doctors, within easy walking distance.

250m walk down to the beach which you can follow and it will take you into Victor Harbor. Otherwise follow the bike path and explore the local river or head into Victor Harbor walking on the path next to the beach.

Upstairs layout:

Living area is open plan with beautiful views of Granite Island to be had from the 3-seater and 2-seater lounges or sit back and watch the wall mounted TV. Ducted heating and cooling throughout the property.

Modern kitchen facilities including dishwasher, fridge, pantry, built-in microwave, Electric cooking, Pod Coffee machine (Nespresso Citiz). Plenty of room for sit down meals around the dining table which seats 8 people or cook outside on the BBQ on the undercover balcony and take in the amazing views of the ocean.
Outdoor Table and chairs seats six.

At the rear of the home you'll find a beautiful spacious master bedroom with Queen bed and built-in robes, ensuite shower & toilet with double vanity and doors opening to the rear balcony where you can sit and have your morning cuppa.

Bedroom two has 2 x King Single Beds with sliding doors onto the balcony.
