This is a great place for a vacation! Location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants. The view from the room was perfect and the property has great amenities. The room was big, clean, and had everything we needed for the week! Would highly recommend!

Perfect size for our family of 6. Had plenty of kitchen utensils. Also had more beach/pool stuff than was listed which was nice. Easy for kids to get in/out if needed (electronic key pad). Beautiful beach and sunset views from the balcony!

Great place at the beach

Condo was clean, spacious & comfortable. Was in a great location on the beach & the pool area was a bonus. Only issue is parking space not easy for a LARGE SUV.

Beautiful view!!

Check in was excellent. The place was amazing. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and towels were a nice surprise. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. We would definitely recommend staying and will more than likely book again.

Excellent!

Great beachfront condo! You can tell the owners take pride in ownership. The condo was meticulous, beds were comfortable, and furniture, décor and kitchen are all updated. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

We absolutely LOVED IRB!!!!

We had the best time on this vacation and loved everything about IRB!!! The condo was great….clean and extremely well-stocked and plenty of room for our family of 6. The convenience of direct beach access was priceless…..we spent nearly every minute on the beach. It was beautiful and just gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We will 100% return!!

Amazing Family Trip

Frequent traveler to IRB. This was the first trip with the whole family. I am thrilled that we selected this property. The weather was not as perfect as we typically expect. The heated pool and hot tub were a welcome respite. The condo was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Some construction around the property as should be expected after the hurricane season last year. Highly recommend!!

Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by Emil and Angie Baltic. They have lived in Clearwater, Florida since 2004, and have purchased and restored many homes in Pinellas County. Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business.
