Sunny, comfortable modern home in Witherlea.
Quiet, peaceful and safe. Walking distance to Taylor River walk and playground. Close to Wither Hills Farm for more walking and biking trails. Also close to the Historic Museum and the Omaka Aviation Heritage Centre.
Six minute drive to town centre. The wineries are an easy driving distance. Master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. (the fourth bedroom is unavailable). The living, dining and kitchen is open plan with heat pump and double doors to the cosy lounge.

Comfortable house to stay

Very tidy and well kept house. It felt very homely. Also great location with the Wither Hills nearby for lovely walks to enjoy the view over Blenheim.

Lovely Stay in Witherlea

Patricia is a wonderful host and her home in Witherlea was perfect for our group of five. The home is lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The location is convenient to grocery stores and the wineries. Highly recommend Pat’s Place!

Ticks all the boxes

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped house with generous outside area with seating. Nice walks from the front door in a quiet neighbourhood and close to wineries and restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful well kept property. Not disappointed. Lots of walks close by. Had magnificent views of the small planes going over from the deck and not noisy.

Pat’s Place is Wonderful

Spacious and very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay at Pat’s. Perfect for two couples and a teenager. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Really enjoyed the outdoor areas and BBQ. All the space and comfort you could want. Location is very quiet and not far to drive to shops, airport or vineyards. It’s the best we have stayed in over the past two weeks!

Blenheim weekend

A well equipped lovely new home. Warm and sunny. Comfy beds and great water pressure in showers. Friendly host to greet us and tray of goodies on bench was much appreciated. The fresh strawberries straight from garden were delicious.

Perfect!

Lovely to meet Patricia and be welcomed into her warm homely space. We had everything we needed, plenty of space and found ourselves just a walk away from Omaka for the airshow. Thank you.

Pat’s Place

We can’t fault this place - very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Very quiet neighbourhood with all day sun. About as close as you can get to the Mountain Bike tracks (reason for our stay). Patricia is lovely, very friendly and accomodating. Thank’s for having us Patricia. 👍😁

Cancelled Airshow

Comms initially fraught as we arrived from overseas and had no connectivity so missed messages Pat had sent. Resolved after a trip into town and all good from then. Beautifully presented house, complete with access to streaming services and undercover parking. Would be happy to stay here again.

Very comfortable homely new house

We are a family with 3 young kids, the house is just perfect for our visit to Marlborough to visit our family there. Very comfortable spacious new house, beautiful interior decor and comfy bedding, and lovely to have the nice Christmas decor, the kids loved it. We had everything we need for an easy enjoyable stay. It has a beautiful garden and outdoor seating too. Our nicest bookabach stay yet! The kids loved the juice and muesli bars, nice touch. Thank you Patricia for the lovely stay. :)
