Located directly across the road from the beautiful Shoal Bay Beach, 4 South Pacific has the best views of the complex. Spectacular water and mountain views. It is one of the few three bedroom apartments available on the Shoal Bay Road strip.

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, Foxtel, WIFI, secure car park, water views and right across the road from the beach.

The unit has all you need for a relaxed beach getaway. Open plan living areas, full equipped kitchen, TV with full Foxtel package, DVD, stereo and quality furnishings make this unit a home away from home.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, BIR, TV, WIFI, Foxtel, balcony also with water views and ensuite.

Bedroom two has two single beds and BIR.

Bedroom three has two single beds and BIR.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, great for the little ones who like a bubble bath after being at the beach.

Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The secured carpark allows for one car, most normal cars/suv’s fit. Please check height if you have items on top of your car.

BBQ – There is a communal BBQ area is at the back of the building with outdoor seating, grassed and has a gate. Kid’s can enjoy playing while you get the BBQ ready.

Clotheslines are also in this area.

Rubbish bins are provided and are located at the rear of the building.

Shoal Bay village is a short stroll away and has a convenience store, boutique stores, cafes, restaurants, and Shoal Bay Country Club.

Perfect Spot

Excellent communication and process to check in/ out was very through. Perfect location for a weekend away. Top location stright across road to beach and stroll up the road for restaurants.

Unpleasantly Surprised

The internal presentation of the apartment block was a prelude to what we would find in our apartment. The stairwell was dark, the carpet was stained and the walls were marked with shoe prints. Our apartment continued with a similar theme. A very dark entry hall, dim lights, stained carpet, sand on the lounge, blood stain on the bed doona, greasy stained oven and cutlery, and dirty floors. The bedroom robe floor so dirty we had to clean it out before placing our personal items. We had cold showers every evening of the 4 day stay even though we were very frugal with water use. A 135L tank should be adequate for our party of 6 adults. The stove top plates are rusted and the communal bbq was a filthy mess and needs some maintenance. Fortunately the views were magnificent but not enticing enough to bring us back to this property. A very disappointment Australia Day long weekend.

Beautiful Views, very convenient location

We love Shoal Bay and return regularly. This apartment was everything we needed for our grown up family.It was a little hot as there was no air-con, but we really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location!

Excellent location/views directly across from Shoal bay beach and easy walking distance to Shoal Bay restaurants/shopping. Kitchen well fitted out. Slight inconvenience with key pick up location but otherwise awesome. Great communication with host. Will be back for sure!!

Great location with amazing water view

Overall, had q wonderful experience with the stay. Pros: 1. Host was accommodative to our late check request. Much appreciated. 2. Location 3. Views 4. Kitchen utensils Cons: 1. Key collection and drop off is a bit of additional work as we have to go to Anna Bay, even though not a major drawback. 2. Kitchen cleaning paper was not enouh. Had to buy one bundle from outside during our stay to keep the kichen clean 3. Handwash liquid was not sufficient in the common toilet as well. 4. No lift access at all (including to the underground carpark and room). Had to take stairs to carry luggage. Again, may not be a major issue unless heavy items are there. We had to carry stroller and suitcases. request

Beach stay

Position was great. The balcony was extremely dirty, floor, table and chairs and glass balcony railing. The en-suite had hair on the shower walls. Disappointed there was no aircon in the unit.

2 night stay with our teenage children

The property was in a fantastic spot. Amazing views close to water and amenities. Food venues and IGA within walking distance. Lots of interesting activities within close driving distance, would recommend the camel rides and sand boarding. The unit was clean and tidy, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you could want. The agent had super quick communication. Just a few very small negatives. With 6 people showering the hot water ran out and the beds weren’t made, which after travel some distance was the last thing we wanted to do. But like I said small details. This unit is a small piece of paradise and we will be returning.
