This property was great. Located close to Universal studios, grocery store one block away, super comfy bed and all the amenities pool workout room were fantastic. Owner communication was great. Only cons: pillows were uncomfortable, Gary the owner did state he would have brought new ones had i let him know just never thought of that, also, the lights from the pool are very bright. The shades are good but still let in some light. I would bring eye shades if you like it very dark. These should be considered minor complaints. Overall we loved this property. Easy check in close parking.

This is such a great location to enjoy the Universal parks and many activities in the area. Amenities are great and we never found the pool areas crowded, bonus was also the ability to park near our unit. We travel often; having stayed in a variety of Orlando resorts and via other property management companies. I can't stress enough how great Orlando Vacation Homes 360 is, and the service Gary Lobo provided. Our initial unit had mystery noises late at night, from a unit above. That property was NOT managed by OVH360. Gary went above and beyond, trying to decipher what the cause was. He worked with the other management company and even the HOA to attempt resolving the sound keeping us up at night. We were ultimately moved to another unit and were amazing this was offered. We'll definitely stay at this resort and utilize OVH360 again!

Great stay at Vista Cay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Property was very clean and well equipped. The location is ideal - next to the pool and gym/clubhouse and within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The property manager was very communicative throughout the week. We look forward to staying here again!

Great place, location and property managers.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very nice. We had easy access to Disney and enjoyed our down day at the pool. The property managers were outstanding in their response to questions and requests.

Highly Recommend

This condo was perfect for our trip to Universal, great location. The condo was very clean and Gary (host) was very accommodating. Enjoyed the pool complex on off hours and having a Publix in walking distance was so convenient. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone planning an Orlando trip!

Great Apartment

My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. We have stayed in Vista Cay before, but not this property, and we love the location. It is very convenient. Gary, our host, was very responsive and we would use them again.

Great location for Universal and Disney

We stayed here for a family vacation to Universal. The condo was spacious and had plenty of amenities. Very convenient to Publix and other stores. The main pool was warm and the pool bar was great for frozen drinks! Property manager was very responsive and attentive.

We loved every minute of our stay at Vista Cay!

The apartment was perfect and the property could not have been better! We loved every minute of our stay. The apartment was well equipped, perfectly located, and the management was on top of everything - even checking in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We are already planning our next visit to Orlando and plan to stay again at the Vista Cay. Thanks for the amazing vacation!

Wonderful stay

The property owners were so accommodating. We were in from St. Louis for a conference and we cooked meals in to save money. They even brought us a sharper knife and cleaning supplies we needed for the stay. I was so impressed with how kind and attentive they were. Would definitely go back again!!

Awesome

We visited Orlando for a baseball tournament and the property was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside is they need to add more dishes and towels. Other than that it was nothing short of amazing. Owner was attentive and stayed in contact with me!

You can walk to the grocery store, not to mention Universal, which is just 7 minutes by car, SeaWorld, approx. 4 minutes, Disney, 12 minutes, and the convention center is next door. There is also golf across the street at Shingle Creek. Vista Cay is a full resort setting, a gated community, and when you book with us, all amenities are free with no resort fees. Free parking and free WIFI.
