This up-to-date home is nestled in Shorepine Village with a serene pine tree forest preserve view out the back. Paved pathways connect you to the many restaurants, a market, Dory boat launching, and more! Your guests will love this beautiful home’s three-sided fireplace, which brings ambiance to the cozy sofas and large flat-screen TV. Three upstairs bedrooms, one a king suite with desk and monitor, all feature high-end linens, flat-screen TVs, Roku, and high-speed WIFI! You’ll love walking the surrounding woods and trails and seeing wildlife on your way to the beach, which leads you to the Nestucca River estuary at Bob Straub State Park. Come surf, golf, hike, bike ride, dine, play, and relax in comfort in your own nest—Pelican’s Nest!

Beautiful getaway

Great location: close to the action but tucked away from the busy crowds. The walk to the beach is gorgeous! We made lovely family memories!

Quiet Neighborhood, Well Stocked House

Clean, well stocked house. Quiet neighborhood with lots of walking/biking trails. Would recommend to friends looking to stay in Pacific City.

Cozy, comfy, warm

This place is so clean and cozy, the fireplace is so nice, bed are super comfy, it is well supplied from bikes/sleds to frother, French press etc. location. Is peaceful and quiet and so close to the beach and cape kawanda. The owners really thought of everything; books you can take one or leave one, games, beach supplies, we only had one car, it would have been really tight with 2, but beds are huge and it’s pretty roomy inside.

Oregon Coast

It was right for our group. It was cozy and enjoyable for all of our group. We especially enjoyed the bikes, balls and beach supplies. My family enjoys reading so the books were a real plus as well as the games that were available. The king size beds were extremely comfortable and the younger ones loved the bunk beds. We would enjoy coming back and staying longer sometime.

Quietude

We had a very relaxing family experience. The beautiful walking path was right outside the door. Now I do remember the short ascent to the path could be made a bit more friendly…( not easy for seniors so we used the neighbor’s). This rental was well equipped with kitchen supplies and spices ! Also many games and puzzles.

Kitchen well-stocked; Very enjoyable week

Kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. BBQ grill on back porch was best I've ever used. Only downside was remedied right away... the front door lock didn't lock. Maintenance man came to repair, but ended up with work-around that we keep the front door deadbolt locked from inside, then exit via backdoor with regular keyed lock. Recommend that the owner leave a guide to which TV streaming networks are actually provided. There were many to choose from, but you have to activate most or all with your own subscription (so bring your passwords). We ended up not using the TV at all, and couldn't figure out if there were any regular network channels.
