Property was perfect. House was spotless and had everything we needed - even beach towels were provided. Pool was amazing and had plenty of lounge chairs and seating. Location was perfect for our group. Two grocery stores nearby along with several restaurant options. Rental was no hassle and had no issues. Easiest rental in Caymans that we've ever had. If you're looking for home with beautiful view and quiet location this is the one. Highly recommend this house and Grand Cayman Villas.

Absolute Paradise

The Villa was exactly as described. Spacious home directly on the ocean. Quiet and secluded. Don’t let the construction next door deter you from renting this home. We hardly noticed during our week long stay. A short drive to groceries, restaurants and Rum Point. Home also had many water floats, snorkeling gear, life jackets and kayaks. Would suggest you bring a Bluetooth speaker for the abundance of time you will spend around the pool. We will definitely rent this villa again in the near future!!

This property is wonderful. Beautiful setting and very spacious -- all set up to enjoy the outdoor life on Grand Cayman. Very well appointed for a terrific vacation.

Resort setting

Overall property was amazing. Location if you want privacy on this side of the island is great, close to Rum Point and east side restaurants. Gym at check in facility was great plus. My only suggestion we could not sit outside first few days due to bugs, they had not yet sprayed the property - I would ask they do that before you arrive. The other concern is you had to walk outside to get to the bedrooms down stairs, so if you have small kids and want them on the same area as you then you may not want this house, but its perfect for older kids and couples.

Good property mgr, very helpful. Location of bedrooms made it feel more like hotel rooms than a home. Overall very nice but not what I expected.

We had a great time t this property. 4 bedrooms no 4 baths right on the ocean with a nice pool. Loved the location on the quieter side of the island. Loved the view from the terrace and having cocktails on the patio. I highly recommend this house. Staff were very helpful and it was great that we all got free use of fins and snorkels for the entire stay.

Amazing! Excellent property! Great holiday vacation!!!

Oh my. This house was absolutely one of the most pleasurable accommodations we have stayed. Every aspect felt so accommodating! You've probably heard this many times before but it definitely was a "home away from home". Our family of eight stayed during Christmas and New Years and had a wonderful time! The house was super clean, and had all the amenities needed for a fabulous vacation. The grounds are beautiful, it is almost like staying at a posh resort with beautiful sculptures. The Landscape/ Maintenance crew stopped in during our stay and cleaned up the yard and the steps to the beach, (typical Island breeze debris)...they were super nice, as we were all hanging around at the fabulous pool! As mentioned in other reviews, we found the neighboring chickens to be rather charming...only a couple of roosters...and frankly the way that the home is laid out, you do not really hear them. The owner and management team were super and extra accommodating. We had a few questions, and they got back to us almost immediately. Even on a holiday!!! This location is amazing, away from the hustle and bustle of the other side of the island. We made lots of family memories and had an amazing stay! Love, love this place! Thank you!!! P.S. We left some Christmas ornaments. :)

Gorgeous property. Well kept!

We arrived on a Sunday and it was a good thing they offer grocery concierge. NOTHING is open on Sundays. After a day of traveling no one in my family felt like going out. Upon arrival there was a terrible smell in the kitchen area. It smelled just like sour milk. This lasted until Tuesday when it started to become bearable. It was awful. (This isn’t the homeowners fault if someone left something that could spoil) The TV only had one channel available. Not sure if this was due to operator error or not...my husband complained all week. I could Care less about a TV while I’m on vacation. The property manager is unresponsive to email. I sent an email while on our vacation and the mobile app said the owner, property manager and management company would receive a copy and I still have not gotten a reply. However, if you CALL her she answers. That could potentially be an issue for this generation who only seem to know how to text or email... Kitchen is well equipped. I was Very happy about that since I cooked a few times. The pool is awesome and we thouroughly enjoyed it! The grounds are beautiful. Do not waste your time or money at the nearb Whitehouse restaurant. The Lighthouse was good and Luca (on the opposite end of island) was INCREDIBLE. Overall, we loved this home! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Quiet home with great outdoor space!

There is great outdoor space with lots of lounge chairs and places to hang out. It is great to hear the ocean waves from the chair. Great pool that is big. The ocean is all coral and not swimmable but fun to find sealife. The house was a great space. There is a great upper deck to enjoy and see the ocean. The fact the rooms are all separate is a little strange but works fine for couples. We enjoyed this side of the island because it is quiet.

My favorite vacation

Five star property with the privacy celebrities would look for. House is close to the great small beaches on the island but away from craziness of the cruise ships. Property is jaw dropping beautiful. This was our 2nd trip to villa caymanas and the property is constantly being upgraded, new 1st class amenities this trip including new king beds, new kayaks, hammocks. Not much reason to ever leave paradise!

The Best of the Best

Just what we needed! A beautiful home, the perfect location to calm our tired souls and mend our weary bodies; every amenity and convenience you could possibly ask for. Villa Caymanas is truly a dream come true, a private paradise on a "grand" little island. We have had the time of our lives. No where could have been as perfect as Villa Caymanas. The owners have thought of everything. We have had so much fun; we will never forget and plan to return very soon

Wonderful 5 STAR Villa!

We recently spent 10 days at Villa Caymanas for Spring Break. We found this to be the perfect home for our stay on Grand Cayman with extended family. The house and grounds are immaculately cared for. The layout and suites were perfect for our teen children, in-laws and daughter/son-in law (group of 8). They allowed privacy and were very clean and comfortable. We used the outdoor gas grill and cooked meals for our large group and found the kitchen to be well stocked with all of the necessary gadgets to do so. The location is peaceful and private and was the perfect setting for a vow renewal which took place oceanfront at sunset. We enjoyed the ocean kayaks several days, the waters were very calm during our stay. I particularly enjoyed the shaded hammocks and several outdoor gathering areas. My daughters also enjoyed working out in the home gym, riding the bicycles and swimming in the pool. We also enjoyed beach time at Rum Point and Starfish Point which were both only a short drive from the house. We found that we prefer the Northside of Grand Cayman - away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship traffic. We found several wonderful restaurants just minutes from the house. Overall, this property is very spacious, private and well cared for with a beautiful oceanfront setting.

Absolutely wonderful!

The home is beautiful and in a location that we loved! Away from the hustle and bustle, but yet close to resturants, beaches and of course, the ocean! What a setting! Our granddaughter and her husband renewed their wedding vows over looking the ocean. It was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful home.

Luxurious Oceanfront Paradise

We recently spent a glorious week at Villa Caymanas - Feb 2012. It was our first trip to The Cayman Islands and we could not have picked a better place to stay. Located on the Northside away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown and the cruise ships, we felt like we were in our own private paradise. Oceanfront property, beautiful pool, the house and grounds are meticulously maintained. Traveling with another family, this house was ideal having 4 suites -  allowing privacy for all, yet perfectly thought out gathering areas both inside and out. One of the best part of staying here is that we has options - to relax poolside, take a quiet walk, or get adventurous and go snorkeling, kayaking, or bike riding right from the house - all equipment was provided.  We were also only minutes away from Rum Point's activities and excursions as well as minutes from the local grocery and beverage stores. We did make the easy drive to "town" several times to explore and enjoy the shopping, beaches, restaurants and clubs there as well. We very much appreciated the free wifi - allowing us to check in at work and home with our laptop/iPad as well as the local phone line - allowing us to make reservations and inquiries without using our cell phones. While we didn't use the house gym, it looked very nice and functional and had a wonderful view of the ocean, as did most rooms in the house. Also appreciated the Keurig machine, laundry, and fully functional, pristine kitchen. Decorated with luxurious furnishings - every aspect of this home was well thought out and no expense was spared. We will most definitely return to Villa Caymanas. It's a luxurious, meticulously maintained oceanfront paradise.
