We loved this house and the beach! It has sand for us shell searchers and reef for the snorkelers in our group. We even found lobsters! We loved how close it is to Star Fish Point. Our only snafu was the refrigerator/freezer were not working. We realized it the day after our arrival (after getting our groceries the night before). Thankfully the manager responded promptly with coolers and ice to get through until Monday when he had a serviceman come to repair.

The location and beach view was just as we expected. The house was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many all over the US and Caribbean islands. The property manager was very responsive and kind. We were a bit disappointed that the railing on the upper deck had not been replaced and was not as pictured, but it DID NOT interfere with our overall enjoyment of the property. We would most definitely recommend to others and will plan to stay there again in the future!

Everything was amazing. The house was very nice, clean and spacious. Loved the location. It was away from the crowds but close enough to great area restaurants and tour activities. We enjoyed the private beach and pool everyday. The landscaping was beautiful. The property manager, Roland was fantastic.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful spot on North Side!

We love this part of the island, and the Parrotise house was a great relaxing home base to enjoy the North Side. We especially appreciated the privacy and quiet, the easy snorkeling and beach, and the pool.

It’s like having your own private island!

This house is amazing! Such a great location on the north side of the island where there’s barely any traffic and none of the crowds. The landscaping is beautiful in the front and backyard and the trees ensure that you’re completely secluded and have their own private retreat. The house was immaculately clean and so comfortable… Especially the beds.! The pool was pristine and having coffee on the balcony every morning, while listening to the waves, was the perfect relaxation station! We enjoyed the restaurants down the road at rum point and would highly recommend this place to couples or families as all of the rooms have their own bathroom.

Great spot for graduation trip!

Loved the location and the grounds. Everything was exactly as advertised. We used the pool, the grill, and the beach everyday. The hammock had been damaged in a storm so we missed that! We are not cat people, and I am allergic, so we would have preferred to not have the friendly cats hanging around the property. Fortunately, my daughter was willing to feed them. It was an amazing week!

Very nice stay

We had a very nice stay. Everything was as described in the listing. The only minor issue we encountered was the TV in the master was not working. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay. The beach is rocky, but we knew to expect that. Very quiet and peaceful. I would return again.

Great place to get away with family!!

We loved everything about this house from the second we walked in. It is so nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. We felt right at home! The location is awesome, away from the crowds but easy to get anywhere. Would most definitely stay here again.

An excellet get away house....

We enjoyed our stay (two couples) very much. Much prefer the Northside to all the traffic and noise on Seven Mile Beach. Found excellent restaurants and groceries nearby. House is well stocked and location on beach is nice.

Wonderful stay

The house was very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Ice machine was a great plus. Plenty of towels for the beach and pool. Wonderful location. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent House

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week. It is on the quiet side of the island, and it was quite windy during our week, so we weren't able to enjoy the water much, but we had a great time at Grand Cayman! You can't go wrong with this house if you are looking for a nice relaxing quiet vacation.

House was clean, safe and well lit. Pool was fantastic! Appreciated the abundance of beach towels. So nice! Privacy of rooms with individual baths was amazing! Absolutely would book again! Screen in porch makes safety of littles perfect! No bugs!

Amazing spot!

Incredible spot at Rum Point! The scenery was unbelievable, and plenty of restaurants and bars and beaches near by! The house was better then the pictures, clean and beautiful and the kitchen was stocked. Roland the property manager was there when we needed him and greeted us when we arrived. We will be back! Amazing stay at Parrot-ise!

Great home with beautiful view! Pool area was perfect and the beach was very nice to have at our footsteps.. The home has big bedrooms and nice bathrooms for each one. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. Plenty of seating for our group of 7 adults. This home is very close to Rum Point and Kaibo Marina. The house sits back off the main road with ALOT of privacy!

We had a great time staying here at Parrot-Ise. Roland the property manager was responsive to our needs when necessary. Disappointed the pool light didn't work the whole time we were there for nighttime swimming, so that was a bummer.

Wonderful!

Great property in all respects. If you want a relaxed vibe, in a comfortable place with a beautiful, quiet setting, this is your home! While you can simply chill at the property all day, we explored the Island during the day (snorkeling, boating, horseback swimming, etc.), and made wonderful meals at the home at night as we toasted the sunset! Thank you for sharing your home!
