Stunning!! We had the absolute best time staying here and will definitely be back!! The house was PERFECT and beautiful! Had everything you could possibly need. Was in the perfect location. Very short walk to Siesta Key Village, the beach, and the bus stop with a canal in the back with plenty of fish and we even got lucky enough to see a manatee swimming by. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Looking forward to our next stay.

Very nice accommodations; great location. Loved the roof top deck. Communication with management was excellent. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately.

Canal Key House

Very nice house and location. Stay was great, but after booking the fourth bedroom was removed from use. Got two roll away beds to fit our group but no good place for them. During our stay the refrigerator went out and property manger supplied a temporary refrigerator that night to get us through the night until a repairman could get it repaired the next day. Great service!!

Fun Week!

455 Canal Rd was a great choice for us in Siesta Key. The house was very well stocked, very clean, beautifully decorated, all in a convenient location. We could have walked most everywhere we went but we rented a golf cart that was tons of fun! We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire stay, so couldn't have asked for a better week!

Great property! Top floor bedroom is 5 ft, but would be great for young children. Short walk to beach and shops. Plenty of beach chairs and transport wagons, pool toys, etc.

Perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautifully decorated, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has everything you need for your stay. The starter packs of soaps, toilet paper, etc. were nice to have and the beach buggy was a must have. Definitely check out what is provided before you do your shopping for the week. It was also nice that they had cable in addition to apps like Netflix. Each room having its own bathroom was perfect for our group, and the beds are super comfy. We spent as much time at the pool as we did the beach. The roof deck provided a stunning view. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay

The house is exactly as pictured/described. The location is phenomenal! Communication with the property manager couldn’t have been easier or better. The only downside were the beds - they are hard/uncomfortable. But to us that was minor given everything else was fantastic. My family and I will absolutely be returning!

Outstanding Location

Overall really great property; would recommend. The location is ideal. 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown. Space was clean and maintained. In terms of bedrooms, there is one king master which is very large and spacious with a small separate screened balcony. The main floor bedroom is a queen room with a very small bathroom/shower. The 3rd floor twin room has a short ceiling and leads to the rooftop space which is really quite nice. Really enjoyed our time here with 2 families.

We were very happy with our stay. It was in the perfect location for us. It’s just a block away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. We are very pleased we picked this property. We felt like it fit our family of 10 perfectly. If we come back, we will definately stay here again.

The house is amazing. Great location to the beach and the village. We had a problem with the elevator not working, called them and they were there in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay!

We had an awesome stay! The house was great and exactly what we we needed for a girls weekend! The location of the house was ideal and quick walk into the town for the beach, shops and restaurants. Kenneth from the management company was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Communicating with the rest of the management team was very easy as well and they were always quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay

Siesta Key Gem

We took our kids/ spouses and grandchildren on a family vacation and stayed here for 1 week. Loved the location! Close to beach and Market area. My son in law is a huge fisherman and caught several fish of the canal dock. We rented a golf cart to get around. The hot tub isn’t work isn’t working but still has water in it so a nice place to sit. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working when we arrived and I called they could not fix it but brought us several bags of ice that I requested. Loved the pool and hanging outside! Lots of steps but there is an elevator. Loved the screened in porches to have morning coffee or evening cocktails. Our family really enjoyed this house and the management was available and helpful!

FAMILY FUN

The canal location is prime for an easy walk to both the village and beautiful private beach areas. This is our 5th time staying in that area and will hopefully return for spring break again next year. The house is perfect for a few families to share. We grill for dinner time and enjoy the pool both in the evening and in the morning. The roof top for sun set is clutch but also the screened porches on the back as well as porch in front provide so many living spaces to relax and enjoy, Absolutely AWESoME!
