Large Beach House near 2 beaches

We’re situated on a quiet street called The Bridge surrounded by locals who are friendly and enjoy their privacy.
About five to seven minutes' walk to both Inyadda and Manyana surf beaches, our three (3) bedroom home features a well-appointed kitchen, modern decor, a stunning outdoor entertaining and living area and an abundance of natural light.

The only thing we ask, for health regulations, that you bring your own linen.
Doonas and bath towels will be provided

Fantastic lounging ateas inside and in outdoor area at rear of property. Host immediately responsive when we mentioned a couple of maintenance issues. Kangaroos in front yard on a few nights.

Perfect property for family of 4 (could easily have had two more kids stay) plus a dog. Great location with easy access to dog friendly Manyana beach. Well stocked kitchen with appliances. Great outdoor area.

Manyana Stay

Manyana has been a favourite spot of our friends and family for many years. Crystal clear beaches, great walking trails, not busy….etc the list is too long. Great house as per the write up and images in Stayz, very clean and tidy. We arranged a last minute booking and the host was prompt to provide us with access protocols, plus kind and accommodating.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Manyana. The house was much better than photos and nicely presented. The only downside was slow internet and no wine glasses.

Gorgeous, quiet spot

Manyana is such a lovely quiet spot, not too far away from Milton and Ulladulla if you want a spot of retail. The property was beautifully decorated and warm and comfortable on a winter weekend getaway.

Peaceful stay in Manyana

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Good access to two beaches, great outdoor area and lovely master bedroom with ensuite. Very responsive host who answered any questions we had. I would recommend this property for a peaceful family holiday

Family Getaway

We had a Fantastic time at this house, spent all of our time out the back on the deck. Great location, short walk to two beaches. Hot and cold outdoor shower and plenty of space for everyone.

We had an awesome time, the location was great and the house and backyard was awesome. We particularly loved that there was an ice maker as that meant we didn’t have to keep going and buying ice for the weekend. We’d definitely stay here again :)

Great weekend

We had a very relaxing time at this lovely house. It is very nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It is very clean and were so pleased to be able to take our dog. Chris is a super host and has been very responsive and very accommodating. Five stars.

Wonderful stay!

Such a nice layout to this house- particularly the outside area. Stayed in winter and the house was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfy and the beach was a nice walk with our toddlers. Best of all was communication with the host. He responded so quickly to messages and questions and was a lovely guy to deal with. We will be back!

Really nice house - loved the outdoor deck, BBQ and fire pit. House has everything you’d need and Manyana is great. Owner was communicative & helpful NB the house is 3 bedrooms (not 4) - with the advertised futon being in a common area/thoroughfare with no door - not a 4th bedroom - listing needs changing to reflect that

Perfect spot to unwind.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Manyana. The outdoor area is just wonderful to relax in just as the pictures promise. Grab a book and forget about the busyness of life. The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all you may need. Christopher was quick to respond to any queries too. It's a short stroll to the beach and easy to access. Perfect! Not to forget the secure backyard for our puppy, which was super handy.

Property was exactly as described.The layout of house was great,and the general cleanliness of the house was good.The only negative thing We found was the general maintenance of property.We couldnt open windows.Front porch and flyscreen were in well need of a good clean.Fans were covered in dust and bathroom door had 2 big holes in the back.Great house but time needs to be spent in maintaining .

Rocky start but solid finish

House is a great size, in a great location and overall we really enjoyed our stay/would go back. It was evident that it had suffered from deterioration over time and throughout the summer, which previous guests had potentially not reported or had not been sufficiently monitored between guests. This meant that by the time we arrived toward the end of summer there were issues with windows, stove, rangehood, dishwasher, and the overall cleanliness and condition had declined (I think superficial cleaning was done but not really deep cleaning).That being said it was manageable and the owner was responsive to look to get it resolved which was a positive. For that reason and the issues now being resolved we would happily go back again.Some consideration might need to be given to how a deeper clean is achieved and condition issues/equipment/utilities are managed and monitored between guests to avoid similar in the future.Thanks again for the good stay, Chris.

Location was great. Close to the beach. With a toddler and newborn was amazing to have a backyard. Rooms were a great size for all of us. Not to far away from home. Overall great weekend away for us.
