Located just a short distance from Manyana Beach, this guest accommodation has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining area, laundry and bathroom. Enjoy alfresco dining with private courtyard. Facilities such as a soccer field, skate park, tennis courts and enclosed playground, are a 2 minute walk away. Make the best out of the walking tracks to Cunjurong Cafe and continue on to beautiful Lake Conjola. We are a 5 min drive from Benadlong and Berrinja Lake boat ramps and General Store at Bendalong. Please note that the owners live on the property.

Really lovely clean and beautifully appointment accommodate, which was close to our wedding venue. The host were very helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. Would highly recommend the place.

Perfect Private Getaway

Stayed with our kids for a few days of beach time and exploring the surrounding areas. Perfect private, clean unit tastefully decorated with the comforts of home. All the needs for a getaway within walking distance to local cafe and beach.

We stayed at this lovely holiday house and had a really great time - close to Green Island and beaches, a beautiful holiday house and our host was just wonderful and so helpful. We’ll be back!

Beautiful place to stay for a relaxing holiday near the beach. Very short walk to the beach and cunjarong point. Had a fantastic time!

Clean, good location in suburb of Manyana. Everything you could want in the unit. Quiet and conducive to the rest we needed. Hostess absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

Gems Place is amazing

I was so impressed from the minute I walked in… everything has been thought of … the place is beautifully decorated and super comfy bedding, gorgeous linen. The courtyard fire pit was a hit and the little basket of goodies too. So close within walking distance to Manyana Beach and beautiful Green Island. Thank you so much!

Manyana weekend

This property was such a comfortable and clean space that had everything you need. It made our stay just blissful. The beach and lake are soo close, you can walk to either easily. Gemma the host is wonderful and absolutely lovely.

Waves in Manyana- A superb stay!

The host is very helpful. The place is new and clean! Everything you need is there. It’s a short drive to Conjola Beach accessing Lake Conjola. The host accomodated all our requests. The place is so pleasant with lots of add ons like board games, books and snacks!

Gemma & Paul live next door to Gem's by the Beach. We love where we live and enjoy taking advantage of our surrounds. There are so many things for you to within the Red Head Villages, but also in nearby Huskisson, Milton and Ulladulla. There is just something for everyone and we want to share this with you.

Gem's is located in the new sub division of Manyana . It is approximately 200m from the Manyana Beach track. Manyana Beach runs from Manyana village to Cunjurong Point and Green Island. It is a popular surfing and fishing spot. There are concrete bike and walking tracks that take you from Manyana to Berrinja Lake and also to Bendalong. Visit Washerwoman's Beach and feed the local stingrays whilst enjoying a coffee from The Bendalong Hub. An abundance of native wildlife pay a visit every day, ranging from kangaroo's to the outstanding Glossy Black Cockatoo. For those wanting to partake in a dining experience, there are many excellent restaurants located in nearby Milton and Ulladulla. Cupitts Winery is a must visit for those who enjoy sampling locally grown produce and excellent wine. Shopping at Milton is also a 'must do', for anyone looking for something original.

The local Kangaroo's visit daily and the bird life is abundant.
We are a 5 minute drive to both Lake Berrinja and Bendalong boat ramps.
Feed the local stingrays morning and afternoon at Washerwoman's Beach at Bendalong or drive to Huskisson and book a dolphin/ whale watch experience in the pristine waters of the Jervis Bay Marine Park. There are just so many unique opportunities for you to experience whilst staying at Gem's.
