Newly furnished, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beachfront Resort , this beautiful Ocean view Condo has all new appliances and furnishings. Private balcony with unit. The property has a resort pool, hot tub, and BBQ on site. The beach stretches for miles and snorkeling can be done directly from shore.
Northwest Point Resort - winner of TripAdvisor 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Certificate of Excellence Award.
The property is in a gated community and is very quiet. A short drive away and you can find Bars and Restaurants. A perfect place to explore the island from .
Adjacent to the resort is the national park with soaring ospreys and diving pelicans which are almost always in view when walking the miles of sandy beaches. This Condo-Hotel unit is inspected, licensed and certified approved by the government of Turks and Caicos.

My husband and I intentionally looked for a secluded beach. This location delivered with a gorgeous on site beach experience. The small pub on site made staying at the condo easy. The place was clean and host was reliable. We recommend stopping at The Smart grocery on the way to the place. The condo itself is modest and is ready for some updates but it had what we needed. We would have preferred to have direct access to the thermostat but the host was responsive when we asked for temperature adjustments. In all, we would return and felt safe in this gated property.

Phenomenal host, went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very calm resort, a beautiful and comfortable getaway. The pool and hot tub were clean and a great place to unwind with ample chairs. It was incredibly convenient to also have the chairs on the beach with shade. very pleasant owners from other units that we met by the pool and grill. The house was very clean with beach towels and beach equipment which was great when we decided to go to Grace Bay for two days like. The resort is right by the national park and can walk to the ship wreck. The resort is in a pretty remote location which is exactly when we were looking for away from the chaos. The wifi worked great and worked by rhe pool and beach

We had a great vacation at the resort. Ron was a great host and very responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in instructions were perfect and we had no challenges getting in and getting comfortable. The unit was very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and the kids loved splashing around there. The beach was beautiful and there was always access to beach chairs akd umbrellas. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the shore and in the water but I believe it was seasonal. You definitely need a vehicle if you want to see the sights and shop. We loved the quiet vibe and full access to everything at the resort. It was perfect. Thank you Ron for hosting us at this wonderful place!!

Not much of a view

It’s a great location for those like us looking to be away from the hustle and bustle but yet not be too far a drive from it all. And the layout works well inside the unit and the condo has a great pool and amazing beach. However our unit only had a view from the corner of our deck and was tucked below another unit and stairs without impacted our light and air. We just solved it by not being inside much. And if you’re grilling for dinner beware that’s across the way in a spot that removes you for a bit. We also had a few minor items but Ron was quick to respond and do his best to address. All in all a great holiday, locale I’d just not count on a view.

Great stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Vrbo in Provo, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the space. Beautiful complex at distant location

Everything you need for a quiet vacation on Providenciales with family or friends. Distant location doesn‘t matter, because of the small size of the island. you can get everywhere in under 1 hour. Beautiful residential complex, pool, pool bar, a few miles away from other buildings, very quiet, gated, free parking, free Wifi, approx. 2.5 miles of unpaved road (easily passable with normal vehicles), largest supermarket of Providenciales Graceway IGA approx. 10 miles / 20 minutes away, full kitchen with large microwave and dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans

Very quiet, beautiful resort

Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again

What we needed!

Visiting TCI has been a bucket-list trip for many years. I'm so glad I was finally able to make it happen! Our trip was wonderful, as were my accommodations. Ron is a great host. He is attentive and was responsive from the time that I booked our trip until checkout. The grounds are clean and picturesque. The unit was comfortable, we needed for nothing. In fact, my husband and I bought items from the IGA on our way in and found that the unit was already stocked with much of what we purchased (cooking essentials)! The resort is about a 25-minute drive from restaurants and shopping; I would recommend renting a car. I loved that access to the beach was mere steps away from our door, as was the pool and the open-air restaurant. A nice option for couples and families. Families. DefinitJust GREAT!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This condo was such a gem of a place and had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental!The "resort" was away from the congested part of the island and right on the beach. It's peaceful and quiet.There is a pool, hot tub and little restaurant right on locaton (not open on Mondays), which allowed us to stay put there most of the time.The condo is cozy & has a covered patio to sit and enjoy the scenery with your coffee in the morning.We enjoyed this location so much & hope to return :)

Absolutely lovely

Ron’s place was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach! You definitely need a car. We had a little Suzuki Swift and had no problems with the dirt road people in the other reviews mentioned. I personally didn’t find it hard to maneuver at all. It was also nice to be able to make meals at home since restaurants are pretty expensive for just ok food. Having a private beach, pool and hot tub was great.I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Would recommend a car that’s a little higher off the ground than the economy size as the dirt road for the last few miles has a lot of divots. Beautiful pool and greenery and it’s very nice to have a restaurant on site as there’s nothing else near. Ron was a top notch host and very responsive. Very clean with everything you need.

A fantastic location for families in Turks!!

Our family had a fantastic time at Ron’s property, with the kids enjoying the pool, sunrises over the ocean and snorkeling. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 - and the pull out couch is also very comfortable for anyone who uses it!!The kitchen had all of the necessary tools, and the property even offers beach chairs for your adventures. The resort is def away from the main tourist area of Grace Bay, but the seclusion offered a great spot to head to after a day of exploring the island.And Ron was great in responding to any questions we had prior/during our stay!!

Your own little slice of paradise

First, Ron was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the whole trip easy from start to finish. Even when the dryer stopped working, he was able to get it fixed within hours. We went in the off-season so the property was undergoing some renovations and there weren’t many other guests which gave the feeling like we had the whole resort to ourselves. It is important to understand that this is a secluded part of the island, that you access it via an unpaved bumpy dirt road and that the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are at least 20 minutes away. You definitely need a car, preferably an SUV. For us, that was part of the charm. It was an adventure getting there but the resort is beautifully landscaped, the pool area is beautiful (and larger than some in the Grace Bay Area) and the beach is spacious with lovely shaded areas and chairs. The resort also has kayaks and surfboards. There were many times we were the only people on the beach or in the pool. There is a lot of seagrass in the ocean there, but there are pockets without just a few minute walk down the beach. The apartment itself was well appointed, had everything we needed for our family of 4.

Perfect!

Ron’s place was just what we needed for my wife’s 50th! All the amenities, the location, the restaurant were perfect! The beach chairs, umbrella came in very handy. The place is very peaceful, we saw all kinds of wildlife in the area. Thank you Ron for sharing your home. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

The property was amazing! Very quiet and gorgeous. The pool is beautiful and the snorkeling was great. We loved having the bar and restaurant on property. Beautiful, secluded spot

The resort is on the far side of the island but absolutely worth the drive. The beach is beautiful and the property is very well kept. The pool was great in the evenings before finishing the night by stargazing in the beach. Unit was spacious and clean and host was very responsive. I recommend swimming out to the buoy to snorkel the coral reef!
