3Bdr, 2Ba oceanfront condo with stunning Bayview sunsets located on 110th street in Ocean City MD. The large open floor plan is inviting and welcomes you to relax while you are on vacation. Whether you are dining in or relaxing in your home away from home you will find a fully stocked kitchen for your use. The living room is spacious and comfortable for entertaining and opens to large sliding doors to your balcony. The Capri provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the year-round indoor pool fitness room game room sauna tennis / pickleball courts and library! An easy stroll to shopping grocery stores and restaurants and of course steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured, and each condo is provided a single parking space with your parking registration fee paid with reservation. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer. Your reservation includes a $75 building amenity fee per week this includes one parking space. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Capri building directly at $10 per day or $55 per week.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Our stay at the Capri

We enjoyed our stay at the Capri. The condo was pretty clean, the location was great, and the view over the bay was really beautiful! Our main complaint was around parking at the Capri - Groups traveling with more than one car should be warned that, while the listing states that additional parking is available on a daily and weekly basis, there actually is not additional parking available in addition to the one pass that is provided during the summer season. We ended up having to find parking outside of the property for the duration of the stay, which was not ideal. Additionally, the security attendants were rude when we asked about the availability of additional parking spaces.

Nice Condo

We had a wonderful time staying at The Capri. The location was great and it was steps away from the beach. My kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool (however be aware it closes during storms which defeats the purpose of an indoor pool). The kitchen was missing some key items (spatula, larger pans for cooking breakfast). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Softball tournament beach trip

Beautiful property… had most amenities. Fairly clean but due for a deep cleaning like moving of furniture, especially under and behind the bunk beds and couches. Beautiful decoration however we needed to place most of the breakables in the hall closet because we have three little ones.

Condo was very nice and clean. Well maintained. Lady at office was very helpful and informative Security guard, John, was very rude to young children (beware) best limit interaction with him if possible.

Beautiful Place to Stay, PERFECT for our family with 3 children.

We had a wonderful first family vacation. Our room was very clean, organized , beautiful, quiet, spacious and the communication was great! The location of this property was perfect for children and had everything we needed and everything was close and within a short walking distance. We enjoyed the balcony view of the bay and sunsets were spectacular every evening! We highly recommend this vacation home! We hope to back again!
