There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge. You will love the view from the kitchen and the living room: It is so beautiful. The plunge pool is backing a conservation area. This new resort is located about 15-19 min from Disney and 5 minutes from restaurants and stores like Walmart and Publix. This is the perfect place to walk around and enjoy the lakes and its wildlife (the subdivision is eco-friendly). Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse (gym, heated pool and spa, games room). The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
