Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with a bathroom. A full-equipped modern kitchen (pots, pans, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker...). The dining room and the living room have a view on the plunge pool and the conservation at the back. The main lounge has a big screen tv. Upstairs: There is a laundry room (stackable washer and dryer) and three bedrooms: a huge master bedroom with a king and ensuite. A twin bedroom with attached bathroom. And a queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with the twin bedroom. All bedrooms have their own TV's (all connected to cable and internet). Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse and its amenities: Gym, games room, heated community pool and spa. **Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
