Very nice property- we really enjoyed our stay! Gated community felt very safe (there was a bit more to the checkin process than we’d expected- not bad, just a little stressful on a time crunch as we were trying to drop luggage of and then pick someone up at the airport), house was clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out. Only regret in hindsight was that we didn’t ask for the pool water to be heated, as it was a little too cold for swimming during the first half of our stay. Great affordable option for an Orlando vacation!

Nice place to stay with family or friends

Only Issue was the pool heater wasn’t working 3 nights that we didn’t use the Pool water was very cold,other than that place was clean and nice

Great Location

This property has lots of space, and is close to Disney. Check in was easy and the property manager was excellent to work with. Everything that you need is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and just 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We had a great time swimming in the pool!!! Would have liked note with swimming towels in garage. We had our own, we wanted to go to the beach. Would go back again!!!

We loved it here!

The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities at the clubhouse were great! The house itself was exactly as described, it was honestly way more house than we needed for 4 but we got a ton of use out of the pool and enjoyed playing air hockey. We loved seeing the armadillos and a heron around the neighborhood as well, not something we ever see back home. Highly recommended!

Do not leave any food on the counters, there were tiny creatures that invaded sealed containers. Otherwise it was clean.

Yes the place it’s organized and clean as described. But the bed mattress are uncomfortable for who is visiting parks needs a great night of sleep to recover from the park stressful day. The swimming pool was not heated and I only knew after I got there and as well there was another fee for having it heated per day as well a gate access fee which I think this should all being included on booking time. Needs better Ktichen hood cooking smells stays in the house. Other than that was ok stay and could be great with small changes!

Great house- NEED TO UPDATE MATTRESSES

The property was great and my family had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the two master suites (king bedroom and queen bedroom) mattresses were almost un-sleepable due to the poor quality in the springs jamming into your back throughout the night.

Home in Kissimmee

Our stay was great! So much space to spread out. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. It was so nice to have our own pool! The pool was very dirty when we got there and I emailed the management and the pool company was there the next day and it was nice and clean for the rest of our trip! I would definitely recommend this property.
