The room was dirty made my feet black on bottom, no covers for the sofa bed, refrigerator door would not stay closed and ruined our food the first day, never could get the front door key code to work. The positive if you’re looking for a less expensive room that is basic then it is a good room to stay in and has great views. If the seller would fix the issues it would be a very nice property.

Water heater made constant bubbling noise. Furniture looks like 1970. Cabinets wouldn’t close. Refrigerator hard to close. No ice maker in fridge. Hot and cold backwards on one sink. It was clean though and that’s the biggest thing. It suited our needs but does need a remodel

Everything was fine. We had to lean on refrigerator door to close each time but the worst of it was absolutely no communication when the water was off so we received no notification about and when I called the owner I got a “well I’m in the same boat” response. No apology and no updates. Other than that location was great and convenient

This condo was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. We were only given two rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay, the living room TV didn’t work, and the kitchen was stocked with barely any usable cookware. The refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut, making it impossible to keep food cold. To make matters worse, the keyless entry system was broken, and instead of fixing it, the property manager handed us ONE single key to last the whole vacation. Trying to juggle one key between everyone was beyond ridiculous.For the amount of money this place costs, it’s unacceptable. The listing is misleading, the management is careless, and the unit is in terrible shape. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

Nice and clean room. However, the building itself was not great. Smells like sewage in the parking lot. Elevators were so so slow and they had Walmart carts for luggage carts lol overall meh but won’t stay at this resort again.

The keyless entry didn’t work and we had to make sure we didn’t lose the main key to the condo all week. The fridge didn’t stay closed unless you held it shut for a couple minutes. Beach access was great!

Vacation

We loved the location and hotel in general! Our room however did not come with enough towels and when asked how to wash them, we were told they were “in the unit” but could not find it and he did not respond when I asked. Also, the fridge did not stay closed and made it difficult for our food to stay good. There were instructions on how to fix it, just didn’t work very well. Also, the tv did not work. BUT, other than those first world problems, the condo was great and they had extra security which made us feel extra safe!

The location was great and loved the amenities of the Summit, but the cleanliness and condition of the room/condo was not as expected. The previous occupants must have cooked bacon prior to our arrival and I bought air fresheners to try to alleviate the odor but it lingered for days. The bed skirt in the master bedroom was supposed to be white, but had brown stains all over it where people had put dirty feet on it. The place needs a deep clean.

Mother's Day Trip

Our overall stay was great considering the weather was not super cooperative. The condo really needs a dining table because we had brought games prepared for the rain, but then no confortable way to play. And we couldn't log into any of the streaming services without a PIN so we couldn't even wat h tv.

Perfect getaway

It was a beautiful condo. 12th floor and a great view. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. The TV in the bedroom is not connected to the provider. The tub does not have a plug, and there’s no way to get ice. I was going to purchase an ice tray and forget. Overall it was a beautiful property. I highly recommend The Summit.

The place is very nice , but I give the cleaning a 0!!! It looks like the previous guest just walked out as soon as we walked in how nasty everything was!! It has potential to be way better, I called multiple times to try to get a partial refund because im very disappointed from the pictures!!! I loved the views, but everything else wasn’t what we expected

Great place

This was a great place to stay. The only negative was the elevators. I spend the majority of my time at the condo trying to go up and down the one elevator that was working and that part was awful.

Beautiful condo

I was surprised when I walked in that it was prettier than pictures. I had a perfect view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and balcony. The sunsets were amazing. I was able to get ahold of the manager immediately whenever I needed anything and he was very helpful.

This was nothing like what the pictures showed! Nasty nasty place. TVs didn't work the whole time we were there even after contacting them and they said they would come fix them. Back door wouldn't open 90% of the time. It took 10 or so times to unlock and lock the front door because it kept saying it was jammed and the overall room and property was disgusting!!!!

Great price for the location, and a beautiful view!

My family and I were very pleased with the overall experience at this property. The condo is small, but sleeps six comfortably. The property manager, Tristen, was AWESOME! If you get him please communicate with him via text rather than email; he stays very busy, and we found that to work best.
