Gated community on Table Rock Lake - Walk down to the lake - Walk in Unit - Steps to th Pool.

This is a perfect spot for a great gathering - if you love the lake, beautiful light filled unit, great space for adults and great space for kids to have some space too - you have found the spot! This is a walk in unit so you don't have to do any stairs at all! Park right in front and walk on in; everything is on one level so noone had to do stairs at all. We have other units in the same building; so if you need more space Branson Vacation Rentals has you covered!

PLEASE NOTE - We do take pets, one pet less than 30 lbs; the pet fee is $15/night. Please do not inquire with a larger pet; the HOA does not allow them and you will be asked by the HOA to leave.

"Air and Lake 2" E1 is on Table Rock Lake, walk down to the water to fish and swim, cool off in the pool and just 15 mins to Branson! The most important thing is enjoy the fresh air and the lake - that is why we call it the "Air and Lake 2" condo - you can feel the stress melt away by sitting on the back patio - watch the kids play in the pool; walk down to the lake or dock, drive to Branson in 15 mins - this unit has it all.

Lots of space in this 3 bedroom unit overlooking the pool and in a gated community close to Branson! The View is a great complex in a great location. We have three units in this exact building - this unit is right below our other 4 bedroom units If you want to have a big group in a great location on the lake this is it!
The condo is 5 min to Hollister, 5 mins to College of the Ozarks and their amazing restaurant and 10 mins to Big Cedar. If you want to enjoy Top of the Rock, be close to Big Cedar but not pay those prices this is a reat option. There is an onsite marina but most guests like using State Park Marina which is only one cove over. Tons of windows, light and bright and a huge amount of space!

- Living Area -
The living area is right by the patio so you can bring the outside in! Lots of space with extra seating too and with the great room concept you can all be together with plenty of seating! The table seats 6 and the bar sits 4. The living area has a sleeper sofa and large recliner as well. Large Tv with cable and streaming and Branson Vacation Rentals always offers free WIFI so hopefully you can use it to enjoy a movie together but if you need to check in with work that is good to!

- Three Bedrooms and Three Full Baths -
The three bedroom suites all have an attached bath which is great to be able to get privacy as well. The master suite connects to a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, and the second and third bedrooms connect to its own standard full bath. The main bedrooms has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has double bunk beds - perfect for the kids or a group wanting to get together.

- Fully-Equipped Kitchen/Dining Room -
The dining room overlooks the pool and has plenty of space for Thanksgiving dinner or a game with popcorn as a snack! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - even including a crock pot so you can have a hot meal after a day on the lake or Silver Dollar City. The kitchen has stainless appliances (including a dishwasher), tile floors, and granite countertops. The condo also includes a washer and dryer. There are games for nights in as well. Dining seating for 10.

- Additional Information -
Once guests stay at The View at Emerald Point they come back year after year. Great location, nice and quiet, gated community, close to the lake with great amenities. This is a good option for big groups as well because we have multiple units in the complex. There is no trailer parking allowed at the condo. You can make a reservation for your boat and triler at the marina next door, Branson Bay Marina, or you can reserve a slip at State Park Marina - a 5 min drive.

The house was discribed like it said. Easy check in except getting through the gate. Sent many text about needing our car license plate to not put them in so we couldnt get in gate. Many troubles throughout the stay. We learned how to stay close to someone else to get into the gate cause it would sometimes read our plates and other times it didnt. The house needs ti be sprayed for bugs. We killed many spiders on the floor and in our bed!!!!! Other then that gave us plenty of trash bags and laundry soap and so on

Branson 4th of July

The condo was even better than imagined!! Very clean and ample room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. They even had a snack basket for the kids to enjoy. One of the highlights was the pool was literally in the backyard and we could sit on the patio and watch the kids swim. We definitely recommend this as a great place to stay while in Branson!!

Great Condo accommodations

The actual condo accommodations were great! Plenty of space for a family of 7 was more than enough. The wheelchair accessibility was also a plus as our youngest child is in a wheelchair. However, on to the bad parts that have really decided my overall rating. First, my confirmation for the room that was received via email had a different room listed then what was sent via text, so we arrived at the wrong unit. Next the property is located within a gated community so we were instructed to use one gate. However, everytime we tried to use the gate it wouldnt respond to our vehicle as I was told it would. So, we had to start using the guest gate which wasnt a problem except we had to speak to whoever was working the virtual gate house. To top it all off the final night of our stay the second vehicle we had registered was denied access at the gate, even though both vehicles have been accessing the property for four days at this point. The gate operator at one point had even threatened to call the police because "they" didnt have the second vehicle registered. I understand that things happen but as a paying customer this was ridiculous. We had already been here for three days at this point why would we even care to get in if we had not been here for so many days. Out right poor customer service period!

Perfect family setup for exploring Branson

We loved the property and its spacious layout. Our family of 7 including a young married couple had plenty of room to spread out. Super easy to communicate with the property managers and everything exceeded our expectations.

Would definitely come back!!

We loved this condo! It was lovely and spacious. It would be really great to have curtains, blackout ones especially- the kiddos woke up so early because it was so bright in the rooms. And the pictures were not updated. We planned on the carpeted rooms to have a kid sleep on the floor. But the brand new hardwood floors are gorgeous, they just carry sound throughout the unit because the space under doors is big because it used to be carpet. It was lovely and exactly what we needed. We’d come back!

Great location, fun time!

We had a good time, loved that we had a small “backyard” for our kids and dog to play, very short walk to the pool and short walk to the lake. My only complaint would be no curtains in the bedrooms as you can’t turn off the outdoor lights.

Wonderful Property for Branson Vacation

We loved the condo. It was very clean, and in a nice location, close to Branson. We appreciated the complimentary snacks, and that the property was stocked with supplies and toilet paper. The grassy patch and patio area was nice for our small dog. We were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for a safe, comfortable and great stay. It’s next to the lake so walking was fun and exploring the area. The patio was nice for reading or eating outside. Kudos to the owners for keeping the property so nice.

Clean and spacious, comfortable beds.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Very spacious and the 3 bathrooms are great with a large group. Would have given 5 stars but the carpets are stained in several places and some of the furnishings need updating. But for the location and price it was good.

Great place to enjoy family all together

Our family of 10 stayed in the condo. It was just as the pictures showed, no surprises. I liked that the pool was right behind us. It was very convenient and allowed me to sit on the back porch and keep an eye on the grandkids. I love the gated community. We would definitely stay here again. No more hotels for our family. I have one minor suggestion just to make it easier for older people and those of us with bad knees….replace the toilets with ADA height. That is one of the main reasons my elderly mom never travels with us. Thank you for a great weekend.

Property was very clean. Much more spacious than the pictures can portray. Great communication with the property manager. Nice quiet location to get away from the busy city center.

Great little getaway

Nice place to come that's not too far from home. Well stocked condo, close to the water for fishing, relatively quiet area. Easy access to Branson.

Very nice place to stay!

Sandy was very understanding considering VRBO listed the property as Handicapped Accessible when we set the search filter. And had reviews saying it was. Sandy went above and beyond to accommodate us after we learned that indeed it was not wheelchair accessible. Shame on VRBO.. Congrats to Sandy!
