The studio is perfect for couples, singles, tourists, or workers that want to stay near the beach, and enjoy the Bondi lifestyle. The space is equipped with all you need in the kitchen for making yourself breakfast, lunch, or dinner; as well as a comfortable smart working space for somebody that wants to spend time working or studying on their laptop.

The modern renovated bathroom is also equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself, with a huge mirror, and spacious shower that will make the difference when after a long day at the beach you’ll want to get rid of the sand from your body and get ready to go out for the evening to enjoy the fun and glamourous Sydney’s nightlife.

If you are coming from overseas, and need to isolate for 7 days, I’m here to assist you with any of your needs, by helping you to not feel lonely and keep a good mood for the coming days in Australia! I can provide you with groceries and all you need to survive these 7 days of isolation.

A warm and welcoming experience is guaranteed by staying in this bright & beautiful accommodation filled with character and personality; it will be a memory to carry with you for the rest of your life, I promise!

Bondi to Watsons Bay

The Bondi to Watsons Bay is an 8km one-way walk, it spans a beautiful stretch of coastline on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. If you don’t have time to do the whole 8km walk, you can start the walk at Dudley Page Reserve and end at Watsons Bay.

Plenty of Cozy breakfast cafés, funky restaurants, and fine dining, in the area you will find all you need for any occasion, from Australian to Italian cuisine, Dumpling bars, or Ice Cream. Bondi nightlife offers a great choice of bars and clubs, for a day or night out drinking and dancing too!

Security cards and keys are provided at the check-in;

The guests take responsibility for the loss of keys or cards, and in that case, fees will be charged.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING.

There is a strict NO smoking policy for this studio and building.

Guests cannot under any circumstances smoke in my apartment or in any common areas of the building. If the smoke alarm is activated by the guest by any means other than a bonafide emergency, the fire brigade will be automatically advised and will attend to the building. There is a fee of $1,375.00 from NSW Fire Brigades for each fire truck that attends the property. This fee will be payable by the guest should it be a false alarm.


NO PARTIES,

A new code of conduct from NSW Fair Trading says that if complaints are received from my neighbours about parties you can be banned for five years from Airbnb also fines of $550 can be issued. Please NO PARTIES.
Guests who are reported for throwing a disruptive party or violating our rules are subject to suspension or removal from Airbnb’s platform.

During your stay in my listing, I require that you are aware of and agree to abide by the NSW Government's Code of Conduct for the short-term rental Accommodation Industry. In abiding with the code of conduct, You also agree to:

- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow my House Rules.

Please be mindful of air conditioning, and turn off when leaving the studio apartment and only use it when sliding doors are shut.

Please treat the apartment with respect and leave it as you found it.

Most of all make yourself at home and have an enjoyable stay!
