Lots of memories made

Our stay was perfect. Short trip to beach access. The house was very nice and clean the kids loved the pool. We had a great time already ready to book for next year loved it

Christmas stay

We booked this as a trip with 8 of our kids, ages adult through age 2. It was off season, and it showed in some areas, but over all everything was exactly as described.We are already talking about booking again in the warmer months.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. The home is not well cared for or maintained. It does not look loved. It was dirty. The ice maker did not work, the top shelf of the dish washer did not open smoothly, there were fixtures missing, cobwebs, dead bugs found inside the home, and so forth. Also, I was genuinely concerned for my safety as someone entered the property without advance notice or permission. I messaged the property through the app, as I was scared and wanted to contact the police, to which the property never responded. When I called the property management company, Nick said it was ok because they didn’t “enter the house.” Anything beyond the curtilage of the home, is criminal trespass. Whomever accessed the property went through two sets of gates when my dog was with us. I subsequently checked my signed contract and messages, and never agreed to a midweek pool cleaning or was advised it would take place. The only good things about the property was the location and ease of check-in, but like I said, I was genuinely concerned for my safety, which is paramount.

We investigated your report and confirmed that a contracted vendor accessed the pool area mid-stay; that entry is a necessity as to keep the pool/spa chemically balanced for your safety and health. We apologize that you received a freight. Guest safety and comfort are priorities for us during your stay. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.

This was, by far, the worst vacation rental experience my family has ever had!! The home was nothing like the quality portrayed in the listing. We arrived to numerous cleanliness, maintenance, and property condition issues that should have been addressed before any guests checked in.Throughout our stay we encountered multiple problems, including dirty and poorly maintained areas, broken or malfunctioning items, damaged and missing furnishings, and several conditions that made the home feel neglected rather than professionally prepared for guests. Instead of enjoying our vacation, my husband and I spent valuable time documenting the many issues we found.One of the most concerning parts of our stay was learning that maintenance personnel entered the home without our knowledge or consent while we were away and our personal belongings were inside. That left us feeling uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about privacy and guest security.Unfortunately, the condition of the property was only part of the disappointment. We carefully documented the issues we encountered and expected them to be addressed appropriately, but our experience left us feeling dismissed rather than valued as guests. Because of both the property’s condition and how our concerns were handled (or not handled), my family and I would NEVER stay here again nor book another property managed by this Host or company.
