This bright and beachy vacation villa is located in the amenity filled resort community of Bear Trap Dunes. The amazing amenities include indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, 27 hole championship golf course, clubhouse with a restaurant and a convenient in season beach shuttle service. This second floor condo features 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and has a coastal charm throughout that includes enclosed screen porch, open deck porch, 3 TV''s, DVD, and WiFi. Bear Trap Dunes offers amazing amenities such as indoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, tennis courts, multi-sport court, playgrounds, a clubhouse with restaurant and a convenient in-season beach shuttle service. Convenient location is just three miles to Bethany Beach so you are only a short ride away from sinking your toes in the sand! If using the amenities (optional) guest must pay weekly community recreation fee of $65.00 per person ages 4 and up. Mini Weeks Available all season! *** NO PETS/NO EXCEPTIONS ****Nearby enjoy Bethany Beach/boardwalk, amusement parks, Dewey, Rehoboth, Fenwick, Ocean City and tax free outlet shopping. Guest passes for amenity use are available using the Bear Trap app. Long term rentals available during off season.

Great Stay

Truly enjoy the space. Very peaceful and serene. Home was amazing. Spacey, very summer like and super clean. It was just right for me and my family.
