The deck outside comes with a gas grill for some outdoor cooking. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and a floor futon.

Unwind in the spacious living room with a large-screen TV and a grand piano. The fully stocked kitchen includes a K-cup and regular coffee maker, waffle iron, toaster oven, and all the essentials. This neighborhood is 12 minutes from the beach and offers an excellent outdoor pool, clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor pool, playground, and a shuttle service to the beach from different stops throughout the community. Golf may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
