Large outdoor community pool, recreation center, fire pits, pickleball courts, man-made lake, on-site deli-style cafe, and more! Come explore everything Beaufort has to offer and see why it was named America’s coolest small town.

Summer Getaway

I was looking for a place for a summer getaway with my husband, daughter, son-in-law & grandchildren that was not too far from our home. We came across this home & it fit our needs. The home is close to the pool and a small park. We sent 3 nights & 4 days and had a great time. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Perfect for us

Perfect for our family of 5! Short drive to Beaufort downtown waterfront. The community amenities are a nice bonus. House was very nice with plenty of room and had everything we needed.

Potential

The house seemed tidy upon entry. However, the floors where not vacuumed or mopped before our arrival. Communication with host was timely. It is a pet friendly booking and I paid the pet deposit. The host only apologized but did not offer any recourse. The walls and doors had dirty handprints and marks everywhere; baseboards were disgusting. This booking has potential with a good deep cleaning, especially offering as pet friendly.

Cousin trip 2022!

We had a great trip to Beaufort, and this house helped in that! The owner was very responsive and welcoming! We loved the community, especially the pool amenities! We are looking forward to a trip back!

Clean and Comfortable Stay Close to Downtown Beaufort

We enjoyed our stay at Kerri's home. It was so clean, modern and very roomy inside. Lots of kitchenware to cook and nice to be able to do laundry. Kerri was very responsive and timely with answering our questions. The home was 5 min drive from downtown Beaufort which was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood. Our only complaint was the couch downstairs. Could have been bigger and more comfortable for large groups. Overall, we will definitely be back to stay at Kerri's home again. 5 stars and a big thank you!
