The main master bedroom has a large California King sized bed, private en suite bathroom, and walk in closet. It has a 42" cable TV

The second master bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed and also has a private en suite bathroom. It also has a 42" cable TV

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin beds each

The third bathroom is centrally located between Bedrooms 3 and 4 with a linen closet

The in-house game room features a pool table and an air hockey table, as well as a washer and a dryer

The pool is set into a large private pool deck complete with padded pool furniture, including sun loungers, and dining table with umbrella, and padded chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink or meal! You can have the pool heated for an extra fee of $ 30 per day.

This vacation home sleeps 8 comfortably

Guests will have access to every amenity Emerald Island offers, from tennis courts and volleyball courts to community pool and hot tub, Tiki Bar, children's play area and nature trails for walking. It also has a fitness room and steam sauna room!

There is a parking pass that is required by the resort - the fee is $ 20 plus 7.5% State tax per car. This is a one time fee and is valid for the duration of your stay.

Our home is fully licensed and maintained by Osceola County. All utilities are provided for a really comfortable stay.

Cameras are around the outside perimeter of the house including one facing the back gate. There are NO cameras inside.

Emerald Isle’s diamond in the rough!

I really enjoyed my stay, it was a vacation feel with all the creature comforts of home. I'll be back next year with another family, so they can experience the ambiance of this lovely home. Kudos Pauline and Delroy!

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in November. It is very spacious with lots of room to move about. I appreciated that everything is on one level and no steps to climb. The resort is very beautiful. You can tell that the house is very well maintained from the moment you drive into the driveway. Very well manicured and stands out from the rest.

Highly recommend this rental!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, very comforable and the pool was actually heated and warm! We loved playing pool and air hockey. Pauline was spectacular to deal with. She responded very quickly to any questions that arose before and during the rental. Emerald Island Resort felt very safe and was clean and well managed. Would highly recommend this rental.

Florida Vacation

The home was beautiful & was perfect for our family vacation. Pauline was an absolute jewel to work with & responded very quickly to my messages. Also, an elderly gentleman across the street from our house disappeared on Thanksgiving Day & Pauline messaged to give us an update on the reason for the helicopters and sheriff cars in the neighborhood, which was much appreciated. We would definitely book this home, again!

Fabulous stay in August

We stayed at this house for two weeks in August. It was a very easy booking process and the communication was great. They sent over the gate and door access so the check in was super easy. When we arrived we noticed there were a few things we noticed (bathroom door wasn’t closing) and I emailed them. Got a response straight away and they have even sent me pictures now of upgrades they have made. Will definitely book to stay again.

"Exceptional" is an Understatement

My friends and I decided to plan a quick trip before the winter and enjoy some sun - and we were beyond lucky to stumble upon this gem of a house! From the pool, to the kitchen, to the games room, to the multiple bedrooms that easily and comfortably fit all 7 of us - this truly felt like our home away from home. The amenities at Emerald Island Resort were the icing on the cake as well. There is a reason why Pauline & Delroy are considered 'premier host'. I'll be crazy not to book again in the near future!

Better Than Expected

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house looks better in person, it's very well decorated and modern. Loved the stainless steel appliances, and everything was very clean. Really appreciated how easy the check in was and how close the house is to restaurants. We went to an NBA game & it was only a 40 minute drive to the stadium. Super convenient! We were in the pool for hours everyday, the colourful LED pool lights at night were awesome. Will absolutely book again

Exceptional home close to Disney!

This home is just what our family needed. It stands out above the rest with its updated and modern decor. You can sense the "welcome home" atmosphere as soon as you walk in. This Florida home is clean and surprisingly spacious when compared to the pics. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool; the changing lights in the water seen in the evening are a unique and peaceful feature allowing us to unwind after a day at the parks. Pauline was a tremendous host in accommodating our needs with excellent communication; we highly recommend this as a place to stay close to Disney.

We would stay here again!

Great location in a nice neighborhood. The home is spacious and the pool was perfect for the 5 of us. The master bed has a very comfortable mattress. Kids beds were a little wobbly. The owners were gracious to leave dish soap, hand soap, laundry packets, and dishwasher packets, as well as enough toilet paper and paper towel. We had everything we needed. There was an issue that arose and the owners were very responsive and helpful in getting it resolved while we were there. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Exceptional home, convenient location!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pauline and Delroy's home in Kissimmee, and it exceeded all expectations. This cozy retreat provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making our short-term stay truly memorable. The home is well-appointed, with a tasteful design that is both inviting and modern. The attention to detail is evident, with thoughtful touches throughout that added a personalized charm to the home. The photos on VRBO don't fully do it justice! The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed for quick, hassle-free meal preparation. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or preparing a quick snack, the kitchen's functionality added to the overall convenience of the stay. The bedrooms are spacious, featuring comfortable beds and ample storage space. This allowed for us to have a good rest each night of our stay. Our hosts' attention to cleanliness and maintenance was commendable, creating a worry-free environment. Instead of rewriting what was emailed to the manager I’ll just post here with pictures. This email was sent after speaking on the phone with property manager the day after my arrival who did not have a resolution for me, but “my cleaner said she cleaned and when she’s done for the day she can come by and take a look and clean. What sense does this make If I arrived on Sunday. Hopefully you didn’t think my family and I would sleep in a dirty house. Had to go out and by new bedding, towels, washcloths and cleaning supplies. You would think some sort of reimbursement would accompany these pics. He himself stated that it was unacceptable. Email: With Covid and all these other things floating around this is very unacceptable. Please reach out in regards to how this can be resolved. There should be no reason for anyone to pay this much money on a rental that was supposed to have been cleaned and inspected prior to my arrival and to to be on vacation and have to clean on the first day of arrival. 1-2 pic bathroom soap ring and body wash on wall 3-4 dirty towel full of hair folded up with clean towels in master bathroom 4 stove knobs dirty 5-6 piles of dirt in main entrance and kitchen floors were not mopped and stained 7 another dirty towel with hair 8 dirty counter tops 9 dirty microwave 10-11 end tables not dusted and clean 12 living room area dirty floor not mopped 13 crumbs left in chairs 14 dirty doors 15,16 , 17 dirty walls 18 dirty bathroom sinks 19 another trash dirt pile 20 refrigerator not wiped down 21 - dirty base boards 22 - dead bugs 22 king bathroom window seal dirty ** this thread would not allow me to add pictures but this was the caption underneath each pic I emailed.
