This 476 sq. ft. condo sleeps up to 4 people complete with a set of Bunk Beds in the entry area, and a Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Area. This sunny unit features a Full Size Kitchen, a Full Size Bath. The sizable living area has plenty of room for the family to relax in and Free WiFi. With beautiful views of the slopes of Copper Mountain, you really get a good overview of where you want to ski right from your window. There is an abundance of storage in this comfy studio, so bring an extra layer or to if you feel like it. A short, 3 minute walk is all that is required to the American Eagle and Flyer chairlifts and the slopes of Copper Mountain. Located in the Center Village, Telemark 305 is ideal for a small group or a family looking for cost effective lodging for their vacation. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00145 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

Great Location

Located a few minute walk to American Eagle and American Flyer lifts. Check in/out process was super easy and staff was really friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and was stocked with cooking utensils/pans/spices. Free garage parking was an extra perk! Would definitely stay here again

Recommended without Hesitation!

Love the condo, the location, parking, amenities, ease of access. I booked it because there were bunkbeds for the kids. It worked out perfectly! So much better than having them argue about a sofa bed.The condo had everything I needed, including a crockpot and oven! I love the building and spent a little bit of time relaxing in the lobby. Thank you for having that be available! Great place.

Clean, Close to Lifts & Comfortable

We left saying we would stay here again, gladly. Well supplied and responsive. Walk to lift less than 5 minutes in ski boots. Hot tub and parking just a few doors down. 2 teens at 6' fit in bunks just fine. Overall Happy!

perfect getaway

It was a perfect location, so many fun things to do at the resort. It was very quiet, and we were nice and close to the hot tub, which was great after a long day of hikes and river rafting. The only mini issue we ran into was communication back-and-forth via text with the manager. The Jets in the bathtub did not work.

Great Condo for Our Ski Vacation

Our experience at this condo unit was great. Reservation and check-in process worked well. The location of the condo is ideal: short walk to the ski slopes, bus stop, and restaurants. The condo was clean, convenient and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are newly updated. We only have one comment in regard to the pillows. One of the pillows suited us fine. The other ones were hard and overly stuffed.

Great but bring your own pillows!

The place was a close three minutes to lifts as advertised, cozy and ideal for our family. Kitchen had all the essentials. Hot tub is located on the same floor and was working. It’s dated and older but clean. My only complaints are that there were stains on the Murphy bed cover and the pillows were more like torture devices (way too thick, hard and lumpy. Like the WORST). We did not sleep very well at all. Bring your own pillows and this place is great.

Great place!

The condo was perfect for me, my husband and our adult son. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the view from the condo looking onto the Copper Mtn ski slopes was spectacular! We did have a little trouble understanding how to register our car, the code is on the side of the refrigerator in the condo. All the pillows have been replaced however we only found 2 comfortable ones, the others were so thick and hard, I would not be able to sleep well on them. I told my son to bring his own. The shuttle bus was very convenient and we could very easily walk the short distance to the American flyer lift and to the restaurants and shops in the center village. The west village was a little longer, maybe 10 minute walk. We used the shuttle to get to the east village. We skiid 2 days, the first day we rented skis from Breeze ski rentals in Frisco, which was the least expensive place and a 10 minute drive from the condo. The 2nd day, we were focused on convenience and rented from Christy’s which was located in the East village. Christy’s was about $40-50 to rent skis, boots and poles. This is still significantly less then renting directly from Copper and was very convenient. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend this condo to others, it was well appointed and surprisingly spacious.

Disappointed in conditions

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our initial disappointment was the location of the condo. The ad stated that it was a ski in/ski out that backed up to the mountain with a clear view of Super Bee and American Eagle. The building is located across the street from Center village so a bit more of a walk than anticipated. The second disappointment was walking into a flooded condo. Although, maintenance brought towels to dry up the water the issue was never resolved and the bathroom ceiling continued to get worse throughout our stay making it extremely scary to take a shower. In adddition, to the fear the room was extremely humid from the moisture in the ceiling. The ceiling was clearly patched so it was evident that this had been a past issue. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was broken and. Or fixed during our stay, as promised. We visit Copper often and pick placesBased upon several requirements, one being a functional hot tub to relax in after getting off the mountain. Not once did we see anyone working on the tub to repair it.

Particularly loved the extra pillows and everything you could need to cook with in the kitchen. The only upgrade that would be appreciated would be to the queen Murphy bed. The bedding was great , however you could feel springs in the mattress and it was a bit noisy when you were sleeping. Great quiet location and nice proximity to the hot tub. Short walk to the lifts. Would stay here again. :)

Amazing View!

We just left our week stay and the condo is in a great location, right in the center of everything at Copper and a very short walking distance to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts; plus shopping and dining. The condo is exactly as described and pictured. There is a nicely sized ski locker for the unit to hold our equipment. Our vehicle would not fit the overpass in the covered parking so we were easily allowed top park out front of the building. The panoramic view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo is well equipped and there is a crock pot which I was super happy to have! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Property Review

We came for the Union Peak Festival and loved it! The location of the property was perfect with easy walking access to Center and West Village. The TV didn’t work but other than that we loved the property! Highly recommend!

Nice - could use a few detail / systems improvements

Great location. Great amenities. Beautiful view. Poor check in process (was after hours, not clear that we were staying in a different buolding than the place we picked up our check in envelope), important info was hard to find and parking permit info in tiny print and not clear). Essentially nobody helpful to talk to or ask questions after hours. TV turned on but got exactly zero channels even no antenna channels so we essentially had no tv which was fine for 95% bc we were not there to watch tv bit i do like to watch the news every few days. Besudes check in, parking and TV details, we loved it.
