The Space:

Close to the city centre, but tucked away in a quiet green valley with the Huatoki stream at the bottom of the garden, is our much-loved Huatoki Hideaway - full of character and sunshine. Uniquely situated next to the Huatoki Stream, this comfortable quiet house is perfect for couples, families, or small groups of up to eight.



The property features a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a new washing machine & dryer in a separate laundry. Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi and a desk for those who are also working. Up to three cars can park in the driveway.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Three spacious bedrooms

- Two bedrooms with queen beds

- Third bedroom with two king-singles, ideal for adults or children

- Fold-out couch in the lounge for extra sleeping space

- Excellent quality beds and pillows for a great night's sleep



Interior Feeling:

- Open-plan lounge and kitchen with big windows overlooking the garden

- Ranch slider leading to the deck

- Kitchen equipped with gas cooking, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer

- Wall-mounted TV in the lounge

- Heat pump/air conditioner for comfort

- Heaters in each bedroom for cool nights

- Electric blankets on queen beds



Outdoor Bliss:

- Garden space with a slide and room to run around

- Huatoki stream at the bottom of the garden, unfenced, so children should be supervised

- Huatoki Walkway on the other side of the stream, leading into the city centre or towards Pukekura Park

- All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash



Professional Cleaning:

- A linen and cleaning charge of $260 applies and is not included in the rental rate

- Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state

- Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days
