Retreat to the newly built cottage just above the beautiful Lake Huron in Tiverton. Shallow rock beach below keeps the water warmer than in the other parts of the lake. Dip your feet in or sit on the deck & gaze at mesmerizing sunsets. Natural surroundings offer activities for all tastes. Snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, cycling and much more. Kids are especially going to love the Ice Cream Trail.

The cottage is completely yours without interruption during the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Max occupancy at all times is 7. Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles

NOTE: Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
