Great place to enjoy a weekend

Very good location and easy access. We enjoyed our weekend and will return it would be a good idea to invest on beds some are outdated.

We rented this house because of the location. It ended up being even better than we expected. It’s close to everything yet quiet & peaceful when sitting by the pool. The house and property are beautiful. Cannot wait to book it for our next trip.

Beautiful home with a generous pool and hot tub!

The pictures do not do this property justice! Love that each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. Pool and hot tub are a great point of this home! Property is clean and the kitchen has everything you will need. Lots of extras from a two person kayak, pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas beach wagon and board games. My family will definitely stay at this property again!

VIP Spot at a perfect location

If I could reserve this spot every summer I would. It's a beautiful house in a perfect location. The pool with the surround sound system is perfect. Every room with a full bathroom was amazing. We fished in the back and relaxed while the sun set. The additional home office was perfect to get work done and the pull out sofa bed was perfect for more to sleep. The full kitchen has all the amenities you need. The property manager was awesome as well as the owner. I highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home and all of the extras it offered. We loved the convenience of where it was located especially to Publix, airport and several beaches. That being said, we were disappointed with the communication and follow-up when we had a couple of issues. One issue was the pictures showed two kayaks and we only had one at the property upon arrival, which was misrepresented in the pictures. Our kids wanted to kayak but not by themselves. The property manager said they would reach out to the owners to check on that, but ended up saying it wasn't their issue to resolve and left it unsettled. The second bigger issue was that when we got there, the built-in grill was "out of order" and they had a second grill which had two gas tanks that were out of gas. When reading through the instructions for visitors, it clearly states that if the gas is used up then that visitor should refill them. We brought this to the property manager's attention, and she told us there was a Walgreens across the street to refill on our dime. That left a bad taste in our mouths on our first full day, we were extremely excited to use the built-in grill, just wish that would have been communicated in the listing or immediately after the booking so it wasn't a surprise. Then, the other issue, was that tv's were extremely confusing to use and left us feeling frustrated and wasted a lot of precious time. Overall, it was a great vacation, customer service was lacking.

Best VRBO Rental Experience!

We have rented via VRBO for many years and by far, this property was the best we have ever stayed in!! The house was exceptionally clean, with state-of-the art AV, great furniture, and great kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures on the site just don't do it justice as to just how beautiful this property was. The owners were also very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!! Eric First, M.D.

Beautiful home, no storm damage

The house was gorgeous and exactly what I needed after being displaced from my own home due to Hurricane Ian. While there is considerable debris piled up on the neighborhood streets (the norm in the whole area right now), the home itself didn't seem to have suffered any damage other than a few missing screens around the pool area. And there was actually someone there to start replacing them on the day I left so they may be replaced by now. My only disappointment was that the master bedroom had not been cleaned when I arrived and the towels and linens were piled up on the floor. Two of the other bedrooms were obviously clean so I slept in one of those for the first night. The housekeepers came the next day and cleaned the master and touched up the rest of the house so it was perfect for the other 3 days of my stay. To be fair, I booked the reservation the day before I arrived so it was very last minute and I guess the new reservation didn't make it to the housekeepers in time. It was not a major issue and I would definitely book this home again.

Cape Coral Keeper!

This is my 4th stay in Cape Coral at 4 different properties and this was the BEST BY FAR!!! The house and pool area are magnificent! The house is better than any photos can do justice. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out with each bedroom having a full bathroom! We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and hot tub area, which had plenty of rafts, toys, and even a basketball net to keep the kids entertained. Beds were comfortable, linens were top-notch and plentiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, which we did plenty of throughout the stay. The kids enjoyed the 2 double kayaks provided and fishing in the canal area. Overall the best house I've rented on VRBO! We will definitely be returning!
