Christmas at the beach

Very nice stay....having a 4th bathroom would have made the stay much better. The location was good. The condo was clean with one exception, i.e., the dishwasher needs attention. It appeared to have rust and/or mildew inside. We washed by hand, the few dishes we used.

Nice for off season

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the heated pool and amenities for off season and cool weather. The condo was much smaller than the pictures and the carpet is in major need of replacing. Bed coverings are dated and thin and there were only sheets beneath. Would be nice to have thicker duvet or more supplemental blanket. Otherwise nice improvements throughout, new flat screen tvs, decor and great little kitchen. The whole place was very clean, lots of towels.

Decent rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from this condo is exceptional. The condo itself is half updated and half dated. The 4th bedroom option was flooded when we arrived and the air conditioner continued to leak. The balcony of the 4th bedroom was FILTHY and unable to be used do to leaking air conditioner and fill!!! The other bedrooms were spacious but we found left over items and food from precious renters which were concerning, as if the rooms were not cleaned. The bedding was dated and stained and OLD. The kitchen sink was grimy and the cabinets were as well. The main patio had updated furniture. The grand Atlantic is overall dated and dirty. You feel as if you are in the 80’s staying there. The elevators smell and the pools are filthy.

We were not happy that the master bed had been changed since I booked. I'm very short and always look at pictures on line. You need to update pictures. We would stay at the resort but not this unit again, due to the master bed.

Nice place for large families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit needed cleaned when we arrived. Beds comfortable except pullout couch. Not enough towels for 15 to bathe so we washed towels a lot. Unit was decorated with beautiful beach decor. Well stocked kitchen. AC worked very well. Taking garbage out was a hassle to find dumpsters. No extra garbage bags or toilet paper (each bathroom had 1 roll). Nice water features but hot tub was too hot at 104. Unit didn’t come with a list of how to contact the front desk or find ice or the gym - found that in the elevator.

Very nice stay. Convenient to everything needed. Will definitely stay again.

It was a very nice stay. We were just somewhat confused as to why the parking deck made the same way to enter as to exit. You have to be very careful. No linen exchange so bring detergent or extras from home. Love the scenery and the condo. We will definitely return for a stay.

Needs a good detailed cleaning , floors ,rugs,ceiling fans,closets and furniture.

Had to wash all bed spreads they were nasty and alot of property employees and their families were using the amenities. All the game room machines need attention

Great vacation spot

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Great view of the beach and easy access to the ocean, which is what was most important to us. Condo was pretty clean. Some of the furniture, appliances, and kitchen items need to be updated but was not a huge issue for us.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! Beautiful and large oceanfront view. We rented the 4 bedroom, 3 bath 601 unit. Everything was as pictured. Very clean and updated. You can tell they take great care of this unit. It was also nice having the parking deck on our 6th floor level. Will stay here again!

Great location and very spacious

This property worked out for our large family of nine. We loved the location at the beach with the pool and other amenities. We just wished there was more restaurant options close by within walking distance.

You do have to travel about 15 minutes from the condo to pick up and drop off the keys which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. The rental office was extremely helpful and reaponsive and the condo building office was equally as great. Would totally stay here again!
