Convenient location, very clean, easy parking. It has two beds and two sofa beds, which was perfect for our family .The door code and WiFi instructions need updated.

The location was close to the highway which was convenient for traveling. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. There was an elevator to use to get to the second story where the condo was. Only downfall, I would have more seating on the balcony with a little table. It was hard to work the tv remotes in the bedrooms and I would provide beach towels. Overall, nice place and we would stay again. Loved Grand Haven.

Beautiful condo, lacked communication.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and location of the condo. I reached out twice about internet and didn’t get a response regarding that. No WiFi and no ability to connect. There were no remotes aside from the master bedroom. I informed the host and was told they’d be there the next day. Never heard back. Would stay again with improved communication. Again, beautiful home and great location.

Great family stay!

We stayed here with our 3 kids - 8,6, and 2 - and it was plenty spacious for us. We loved the Paisley Pig restaurant right downstairs and the convenience of the place. It was equipped with everything we could think of and super clean!

Great Condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a great location. Our only "issue" was having 8 adults was quite tight, but we were pretty much only there to sleep, so it was not a huge deal.

Half Marathon Weekend

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Was very convenient to get to the high school for the half marathon. Was awesome to be able to walk to Odd Side and several restaurants and just a short drive to the beach.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo was in a great location - an easy 15 minute walk to town and right next to a couple of restaurants. It was very spacious and clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of pillows and blankets, toiletries and Coffee (both regular and decaf)! I highly recommend this condo!

Just as described, this condo is ideally located in Grand Haven and provides a lovely spot to relax after a day out having fun. It has everything you need to be comfortable. We loved our time here.

Great condo and location

Overall the property was a perfect location and set-up. There were some items left in the freezer from the previous renters and towels left on the floor in the laundry room. Everything else was great, clean, and a perfect fit for our visit.

The unit is laid out well for two couples. The second bedroom is nicely sized. It could use a chair for putting on shoes, etc. The mattress is a foam mattress and we found it to be very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and washcloths on hand. Our friends stayed in the primary bedroom and said it was very nice. It has a king bed. There were a few little quirks that we figured out a way around. The washing machine is tiny and a European style so it took us a while to figure it out. The dryer is not very effective, but if you let it run long enough it was fine. The kitchen is very well appointed and I used the heck out of the Keurig coffee maker. Finding the correct outside door to the unit was tricky, but we did figure it out. Parking was very convenient. The building would have benefited from a cart since the unit is at the end of the hall on the second floor. In our unit, the icemaker was not working and we reported it. They said they would fix it the next week. The Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived, and when I contacted the manager, he had it fixed very quickly. The unit is in a terrific location and an easy walk to downtown and the musical fountain. The only drawback to the unit is there is no view. And the balcony is so small it is unusable. But it would be easy to get fresh air into the unit. The property was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there.

Nice condo

The condo is spacious and feels like new. Plenty of linens, etc. Communication when we got there was a little more difficult, because it’s not directly with the owner. But, we’re responsive to our needs, just took a little longer.

Wonderful place to stay, condo is very nice. Has all of the amenities you need for a nice stay. Unit was very clean, plenty of pillows, blankets, etc. Kitchen well stocked. Main living area furniture is very comfortable. Love that there were beach, chairs, and an umbrella for the renters to use, nice touch!The bed in master not too comfy (for us) it’s a “Bob-O-Pedic” very firm mattress, so if that’s not what you’re used to, might not be the most comfortable for you. (Small issue that some ibuprofen helped with the stiff back every morning)…just thought I’d mention it in the review. We did have an issue with the washer/dryer. We washed some things after our first day with no issue but the washing machine door locked up & would not open again after 2nd load; Eventually figured it out & we got it open, but then the door wouldn’t close. The dryer took three, 90 minute cycles to dry. We checked the lint trap and it was scary how full it was; fire hazard! Definitely have the cleaning crew check/clean that after each guest would be my suggestion.I reached out to John, our “contact person” regarding this, he responded to my text; only after I asked for an update. “John” must be a third-party contact because he accidentally sent me a text saying “do I tell the renters it has to wait until Friday, they just asked for update.” I let him know he sent that to the wrong person and that I was the renter and that we were checking out on Friday.John did reply on Wednesday that they were sending someone out but I actually don’t know if they did (we were out of the condo the whole day); no maintenance ticket left on the counter & I never received a follow up text that they were there or that if things were fixed-and we didn’t use the washer and dryer again. Communication should be much better with renters spending thousands of dollars on a place if issues arise. Overall, great experience, just wish communication was better with our contact person regarding the washer and dryer.

Disappointed

Several issues, first check in. Code for door to the building (after hours) which was sent via email, incorrect. Called the “host”, left voicemail. Nothing. As we wait outside to gain entry. Second phone call , voicemail. Finally a call back, from a building maintenance person . Who says he will text the code. Text arrives w a non working link to option the code. Call & text back w NO REPLY! Finally another renter returns home & lets us in the building & gives us the correct code. Still haven’t heard back from the “host”. Secondly , the main bedroom is in the back of the condo & very warm. Thermostat preset & if you turn it down to cool off , it automatically readjusts to the preset temperature. I had to get up both nights and turn it down which cooled for a short time & then went back to the preset temp. No ceiling fan in bedroom, had to go buy a fan to cool off the room. Third, the tv has no volume control. Remote has option of course but did not work. So we could barely hear the tv at night. Roku TV. Bathroom floor had all kinds of hair & dust. Disgusting! Able to hear the tv below us the first night & very loud music the second night. Not a great trip!

Great location for a weekend stay!

We were in town to visit family over Thanksgiving. The condo was clean and perfect for our short weekend stay. I would definitely stay here again.
