Very clean and comfy beds!

We had a great stay. Very accurate to listing, well cleaned and lots of great starter supplies including helpful items like extra beach chairs and beach cart! I appreciated the responsive of the property manager and definitely would stay again.

Great place to be when you’re on HHI. The beach is so close and you also have two pools- one right across from the condo. There were many extra supplies- beach chairs, toys, wagon & towels to name a few. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home on the nights you don’t go out. The deck area was peaceful with a view of the golf course.

Wonderful

We loved our stay. Nicely updated, clean, and has everything you could need for cooking, going to the beach etc. The condo was stocked with extra toiletries in case you forgot something at home. Definitely would stay here again.

Spring break with the family

Overall, great stay. The key pad didn’t work, but we were able to use the lock box key. Living room TV didn’t work. We were hoping to watch a movie in the evenings. Manager was going to come by and look at it, but never did. However, good location, clean, would stay at again.

Good overall

Property is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and the property manager was easy to work with. Only downside was the internet which was off and on and was difficult to connect to.

Clean 2 Bedroom Condo close to the Beach

Clean 2 Bedroom 2 bath condo. Located on the second floor in a family resort. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels. Just a short walk to the ocean and the free island trolley. Nice Pool. The only negative was the noise from the apartment above. Would stay here again.

Great condo, convenient location

Nice condo inside. Outside shows its age, but that is common for most HHI condos. Pools and tennis courts were good. Easy bike ride to the beach. Community gas grill in back area.

Apartment close to Folly Beach

The apartment is fully equiped, very good and well located (2 blocks to Folly Beach). My only concern is about the cleanliness of the property. It was clean and smells very good but it wasn’t cleanned above the beds.

Clean, beautifully done

The most well equipped rental condo that we have stayed in. I would recommend to anyone, especially those who might be forgetful when it comes to bringing everything. From toothpaste/brushes to dryer sheets. Contact with everyone involved was excellent. Book now!

A vacation home that has it all!

My husband and I and our teenage daughter visited for Spring Break. This condo has everything and more that you could ever need for a home away from home. You can tell that our host ensure that guests have everything they need from a well’s stocked kitchen with appliances , washer dryer,and games for any age for both in-doors and outdoors!The bathroom and kitchen fixtures are modern and sleek. The most important thing for us on vacation is a clean house and a safe and secure location. This condo passes those with flying colors. Its proximity to the beach is a big plus! It provides easy access to just about every thing. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and beautiful. Our family enjoyed walking to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise. Walking back and hearing the birds singing was magical!We can’t say enough about this place! We strongly recommend this place for your next Hilton Head vacation. beach was a big plus.

Mostly ok

The location was excellent—conveniently within walking distance of the beach.However, we did feel that the overall cleanliness of the unit could be improved. Upon arrival, the floors felt unclean, and after sweeping, we discovered a significant amount of sand and hair. The kitchen cabinets had visible food residue, suggesting a spill or splatter had not been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the sheets on the pullout trundle bed appeared to have not been freshly laundered, as they contained debris and hair, prompting us to wash them ourselves before use—something we wouldn’t expect to do in a professionally maintained rental.It’s also worth noting that the bunk bed room does not have an overhead fan, making it warmer than the other bedrooms.While we enjoyed our stay and found the location a strong positive, some additional attention to detail in the cleaning process would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Nice place

Nice place for a small family. The walk to the beach is not a 5 minute walk like it advertises but it’s not bad as long as you have beach carts to carry everything. Condo was clean and it had plenty of pillows and blankets to use. Kitchen has good appliances and enough stuff to cook for a small family. They don’t provide anything but salt pepper and oil. Just one paper towel roll and just one extra trash bag. This is my first vrbo where I didn’t find anything “extra” like not even coffee or coffee pods. But very nice in general. It’s right across from the pool which is very convenient for the end of the day with the kids. We had an issue with one tv and management was very prompt to help with it.

Super well appointed condo

While the location of the condo was a plus - near the beach and bike trails, the thing that impressed us the most was the amenities. The owner thought of everything from air fryer to beach wagon to enhance the experience of their guests. They had beach bags, boogie boards, beach chairs and everything else you could want for the beach including beach towels! The kitchen was super equipped with everything from milk frother to Ninja blender. They even had a basket of “incidentals,” - Q-tips, wet wipes, sunscreen, etc. In case you forgot something. It was the most equipped place we have ever stayed. The regime offered two heated pools, tennis courts and a community building for gathering which also had a work out room. Each building has its own grill and every few buildings had a small play area for children. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to experience Hilton Head Island.

Great location - Cleanliness not up to par

The condo is in a great location with only a 5-10 minute easy walk to the closest beach. The condo includes all of the amenities needed for trips to the beach - an umbrella, boogie boards, and a wagon to pull everything in. However, the boogie boards were usable but broken and one of the umbrellas was broken. Also has a fully stocked kitchen. However, the condo was not carefully cleaned. Food particles were left stuck on the refrigerator handle, the microwave handle, and inside the fridge. There was black mold on the shower liner in the master bath. I dropped something by the master bed and looked under the bed and was disgusted to find tons of dust, pieces of trash (drink caps, etc). The in-between covering between the sheet and quilt on one of the bunk beds my kids slept in had brown stains. On top of all that, the handle of the back patio was completely off and left on the entertainment center so there was no way to lock the back door. Overall, we were very disappointed with the attention to detail and cleanliness. We selected this property over some others that were in the same area and less expensive based on the pictures of the condo. Hopefully, the condo is cleaned better for future guests.

Everything you could need

This place was probably the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. The unit was super clean and thoughtfully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. We generally do not sleep well on vacation but this time I did! The master has a memory foam mattress that was perfect. The unit has everything you can think of...even an air fryer, beach equipment, toys and games for the kids. A previous review mentioned needing fans, so we brought our own, but were surprised to find that there were fans. Only thing missing was beach towels. The complex is modest and not especially fancy, but it had everything we could want for a family of 4 with young kids- the pool were really nice and we enjoyed have 2 different options, the clubhouse served us well when we had some rainy days and needed something to do indoors with kids. The beach was a 10 minute walk, with 2 private entrances to the beach and one public beach within walking distance. We preferred the public beach because of the lifeguard, the bathrooms and the showers. The beach is so packed you can bike on it at low tide. The one thing the complex lacked was a good fitness center- the "fitness center" has a stationary bike, an elliptical and a treadmill. No strength training equipment at all. But there is a Planet Fitness 5 minutes away where you can get a day pass. The staff at the condo complex were fabulous- the man working the front gate was especially friendly and helpful and clearly takes pride in his work.

Excellent, perfect for a single family!!

We loved our stay here. The owners have thought of everything to make a mom of two young children’s life easier! High chair, random toys, play pen, roku tv, beach wagon, toys, tents and chairs! Seriously the wagon SAVED US! Thank you so much! The beach is not a bad walk to especially with the wagon it’s completely capable of going all the way to your “spot” with the convienent wheelchair accessible ramp! We loved the pool as well.

Folly Field is great!

Very nice area, very nice condo. Short 5 minute walk to the beach, the owner supplied all the beach toys you need: chairs, toys, etc. the owner worked to help us get an early check in, very accommodating and friendly!

One word: perfect

Never been to Hilton Head Island so I wasn't familiar with the area and the pictures and proximity to the beach of this condo worked for what we were needing. Plenty of space for 3 adults and a 10 year old. Two pools on the property, weren't crowded. Short walk to the beach. Host provided a wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards, which was great. Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed to make a large sit down breakfast. Plenty of towels and beds were great. The condo seemed to run hot, but we figured out the thermostat. I'd add a few fans since there isn't one in the bedrooms. If I ever travel to Hilton Head again, I would definitely inquire to stay here again.

Great stay, super comfy and close to beach

Our family had a great stay here. Condo is newly updated and it has all the amenities you may need including games, kids toys, towels, beach toys, wagon etc. Condo is very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfy, our kids loved the bunk beds. It is close to beach and right across from community pool and rec area. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
