The Space:

A cozy private deck, vaulted ceilings with a skylight, and a pathway to the beach make this Beachwalk villa a memorable locale for a magical holiday.



Your villa is located within easy walking distance of the Van der Meer Tennis Center and features easy access to nearby golf courses. Paths and bike trails link your villa to the beach where you can watch the dolphins play in the waves, sunbathe, or pursue your favorite water sports. The villa is on the second floor of the beautifully appointed Beachwalk complex. There are two flatscreen cable TVs with DVD players, free WiFi, and a deck if you prefer to relax with a book and a glass of wine. You’ll sleep comfortably in the two bedrooms and living room area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and your well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals.

123 Beachwalk visit

The location was excellent for those interested in walking to the beach. The view from the deck was far from ideal. Other villas in which we have stayed in Beachwalk had a view of the golf course or lagoon. The villa was clean however there were several issues In the interior. The biggest issue was a leak in the kitchen ceiling which filled a pot with water when it rained. The ceiling never dried during our stay and plaster fell off the ceiling when touched. The toilet in the second bathroom continually flushed and required the tank top to be removed to adjust the bar in the tank every other flush. A knob on a kitchen drawer pulled off every time making the drawer unusable and a towel hook in the bathroom needed to be repasted after use.

HH vacation

Great location for the beach. Nice layout but dated furniture. We had leaks in the kitchen and dining room when it rains. Also had a rat in the kitchen. This needs to be taken care of before you rent again.

Great location, but needs updating

We love this property for it's great location and closeness to the beach. There are quite a few items which the owners should give attention to: 1) The carpet - could use shampooing; although renters travel within the condo bare foot, there are trails of dark marks throughout. 2) closet doors - laundry area; doors come off hinges and the tracking could use repair / replacement. 3) Main entry door - This may be an HOA concern; the foundation may had sunk as the front entry door has quite a gap around the door jamb especially down at the bottom where there is a very visible 3/8" gap at the lower right corner.

Great trip to HHI for wedding at Sonesta

Great location - near the beach. Property needed a little TLC. One bathroom the toilet kept running - chain was getting stuck. Coffee stain down front of cabinet next to stove. Black sock left in master bedroom closet floor. Refrigerator door was hard to determine if closed. Freezer did not make ice. Should provide ice. Roach s on kitchen counter near dishwasher. Front door has gap on bottom to allow light as well as bugs. Sliding door glass needed cleaned - looked as if children had played on the glass.

Wonderful condo, perfect location. Lots of bike trails. Walk to the beach. Condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds we're very comfortable. It needs to be updated. Overall, perfect for us. We'll go back.

This was a great place. Proximity to the beach, tennis center across the street (be aware of the $25/hour rate!), comfortable and spacious master bedroom. We would love to stay again!

Great location, Vacasa was awesome, this property was really bad...

The location is literally right where you want to be. Close to the beach, resort and pool. Quiet and beautiful. The layout of the condo was really good. Two large bathrooms, a kitchen, fireplace, and deck. But...there was huge hole in the exterior wall. It was a raccoon's front door. He lived in the wall behind the shower in the master shower and woke us up. Often. The kitchen ceiling leaked when it rained. All over the floor. Not a drip....a steady stream. Enough to wake you up. The entire unit is furnished from second-hand furniture. The bathrooms are 1970s original. None of the bathroom electric sockets worked. Mid-day there was a loud "pop" in the kitchen and one of the recessed lights stopped working. In fact, there were stains all over the ceilings indicating a large amount of water seepage and likely electrical damage - unsafe. The fireplace, advertised prominently, has a sign on it that prohibits using it. The pool is closed (that's COVID, nobody's fault). And the exterior of the building needs painting. Finally, our bike was stolen right in front of the unit. Net-net, Beachwalk is really great and the nice people at Vacasa did all they could to send an electrician, pest exterminator, exorcist, etc... I understand "renter's fatigue" but this was ridiculous and false advertising. Our advice? Use Vacasa, try Beachwalk and skip this place.

Good but could have been better!

The renting process was easy and straightforward. The rental condo was good but needs repairs and upgrades. I read online reviews of repairs needed and thought they were fixed but they were not. The banister was broken in the middle and as soon as my mom touched it, it gave way and she almost fell. The freezer racks are rusted, dead bugs and dust in kitchen itens, and although the condo is supposed to have undergone a super cleaning it did not look it and we deep cleaned before bringing in items. The condo served its purpose for us but looks like it needs better up keeping. Location was great! Vacas helped with all questions.
