This is a unique property with 5 double bedrooms with private bath in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast situated on the seaside, between Amalfi and Positano. The house and its terraces are full of atmosphere and the spirit of the place creates a perfect harmony and balance.
The construction is very fascinating and the house has been restored with good taste and sobriety, keeping the charm and quality of materials of the original house combined with modern design.
A patio, just outside the property, is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas ideal for taking breakfast while you enjoy the views.

The villa offers 5 bedrooms, all with private baths and each room has Air Conditioning, TV flat screen with SAT.
It can accommodate up to 11 people with provision of an extra bed. One of the bedrooms is a family suite on 2 levels. There is a single sofabed on the lower level and the upper level is a master with bathroom ensuite.

Big modern kitchen equipped with all necessary facilities and utensils for cooking, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer.
The kitchen is the perfect stage for cooking courses and the preparation of sophisticated cocktails and dinner.

The access to the Villa is a 2 minutes walk from the costal road.
The Villa is walking distance to the local beach with nice restaurant and also the famous night club L’Africana.
The center of the Village of Praiano is only 1 km away.
