Entrance/Great Room
Enter through the grand foyer and you'll see that every inch of this sumptuous home is built to impress. The adjoining great room, with its upscale lobby-style furnishings and oversized TV, gives the impression that you've stepped into your own posh and private Community hotel.

Kitchen & Dining
It's a joy to whip up delectable meals in the beautiful, open-plan chef's kitchen, which boasts custom blue and white cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, white marble countertops, and light wood grain floors. Take a seat at the roomy kitchen island with stools and enjoy breakfast or a happy hour snack.

Later, lay out a feast in the spacious separate dining room that seats up to 16 guests. Bonus: If you plan to host an event or business meeting, it's a snap to transition this space into the perfect conference room.

Golf Simulator Room
If you and your guests enjoy golf, you're in luck: The garage has been transformed into a simulated golf wonderland. Hone your swinging and putting skills, and experience the thrill of (virtually) playing some of the most popular courses in the world.

Arcade Room
Just next door, follow the colorful wall designs and blinking lights to this epicenter of fun and games. Here you can play to your heart's content on the arcade favorites of your youth, from Pac-Man and air hockey to a classic smash-up racing game.

Soak up the Florida sun in your very own colossal, fully screened private pool, just outside the patio doors. This airy oasis features 10 relaxing poolside loungers—plus 2 loungers in the pool!—as well as games galore, from pool basketball and a mini waterslide, to ping-pong and foosball on the patio.

You can even take meals or meetings outside, where a covered lanai offers even more seating and a spectacular outdoor kitchen. Before you dig in, rinse off in the premium outdoor shower. *This* is the good life.

Themed Bedrooms
The kids in your group will be overjoyed to discover the over-the-top themed rooms, which double as fantastically creative playrooms.

Their first option is the Brick Builder's room: a happy, colorful construction site in the middle of a bustling city, where your little builders can climb over giant blocks to reach the top bunk, and then zip down their very own spiral slide. Vivid wall art depicts animated movie scenes, and hidden bunk beds make for inviting sleep spaces.

Next door, the Shuttle Mission room is waiting for aspiring astronauts of all ages. Young explorers won't believe their luck when they set foot on their very own miniature rocket ship, complete with lifelike NASA equipment. A hidden twisting slide is ready in case they want to parachute back to earth, and cozy bunk beds invite a celestial night's rest.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, and Full)
Designed to pamper the grownups in your group, nine more bedrooms on the first and second floors are luxuriously outfitted in Organic Modern style (think: top-quality finishes, a mix of clean lines and natural materials, and a comfortable-yet-stylish neutral palette).

On the first floor are three conveniently located sanctuaries, including two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and a master queen bedroom with a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids' rooms, find six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king or full beds. Each bedroom comes with its own premium en suite bathroom.

About The Village Orlando
The Village Orlando is the only Homes by Villatel community where every home was designed and developed by Villatel from the ground up. Brand standards aren't retrofitted here — they're built in. Located minutes from Orlando's major attractions, with easy access to I-4 and the 429.
