A quiet, friendly village with all the amenities. This amazing home is just behind the heritage river walk and right on snowmobile trails. Walk to the downtown with restaurants, bars and stores.

Wonderful house in a tranquil and peaceful spot on the Magnetawan River in Burks Falls...enjoyed my stay immensely...Rathan was very accomodating and i would highly recommend his lovely home

Great location, clean and comfortable home. Had everything we needed - lots of extra pillows, towels, and extra small things like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, etc. Very nice to have use of washer and dryer. Cleaning and repairing the dock area will put this one to the front of the line. We stayed Aug. 2 - 9 2025.

Comfortable relaxing stay

We had a very relaxing stay. Lovely decks, one open and one covered, nice for morning coffee. Nice yard along the river, comfortable home. Wifi and TV work well. Recommend.

Beautiful cottage on the river

Amazing stay, big Beautiful cottage with lots of rooms, huge backyard fenced in which was nice. The only thing that would have been a bit better was if there was a ladder on the dock going into the water for easier access in and out but other than that amazing property and beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Spectacular house

The dock area could use some cleaning up of debris and bushes also maybe a wider dock and a ladder for getting out of the water overall house is perfect just a little tlc by the water would be even better. I would come back if the dock is wider for fishing and swimming area!

Disappointed, not recommended

We had good expectations about this place, especially with all good reviews. We were disappointed. Check in instructions were not provided until we arrived and messaged the host. We waited outside for about 30 minutes. One bedroom’s bedsheets had brownish stains. The grill did not function properly and the espatio area was dirty; we were not able to have BBQ which is essential to our summer vacation. The host has been notified but blamed “cleaning services” and previous guests. Only the location is nice.
