We were in Pelham to attend a wedding and the townhouse was conveniently located. As much as it was quiet inside, we wouldn’t agree that this was a “quiet neighbourhood” as advertised, given its close proximity to a highway. We arrived and did not know what unit we were in since it was not specified in any documentation. We tried to contact the owner, without success. There was no response to our email message. Fortunately, we were able to enlarge the site picture which had the unit number displayed. We would suggest that the complete address be provided to guests. The unit itself was barebones with one towel and washcloth per person. That was it. No dish towels, washroom soap/ shampoo, kitchen salt/ pepper, etc. We still enjoyed our stay although would suggest that a few more basics be provided.

Short visit

Location, check-in and communication was great but disappointed in space. Cleaning was okay (a few dust bunnies) but supplies very lacking. 4 bath & 4 hand towels not enough for 4 people (even just for 3 nights). No towels or soaps in bathrooms, bathroom mirrors not attached tow wall (just balanced on edge of sink). 4 extra keys inside but they did not work. Not enough cutlery and the smallest coffee pot I have ever seen. Small fridge (something you might see in a dorm room) and small stove (we used the stove top twice).

Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieters

Bilder geben nicht den wirklichen Zustand des Objektes. Einzig die Lage war super, schöner kleiner, ruhiger Ort hatte alles was man brauchte und die Nähe zu den Niagarafälle.

Very comfortable

Very easy to get too and very comfortable. It’s about 20 min from The falls but if you want peace and quiet it is awesome. Had all the accommodations.

The accommodations were very nice and appeared to be brand new.

The property was very nice and spacious for me and my wife. The apartment looked and smelled brand new and it appeared that we may have been the very first rentors. I would recommend some luggage racks for the master bedroom as we had to place our luggage on the floor. A notebook would be nice recommending areas around to see, visit, or eat with the owners recommendations. Overall it was a great place and was handy to great locations as long as you have a car to travel. About a 30 minute drive to the falls area. Would recommend a little better mattress for the master bed room. Would stay here again.
