Very nice property in a great location

We came to Grand Lake to fish and enjoy the mountains for my partner's birthday. The condo was super nice and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect for walking around town. We would stay here again!

Perfect location in Grand Lake

We enjoyed our weekend in Grand Lake! The children condo is a block away from Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre, where we saw The Music Man. Fantastic performance at this hidden gem - must see! The next day we went hiking - walk-in access to RMNP at East Inlet. You can walk anywhere in town from this super comfortable and cozy condo - restaurants, shopping, the lake. The little balcony is great in the morning for breakfast or drinks after sundown. You can’t go wrong with this lodging!

Nice place in Grand Lake

The property was fine overall, however when we arrived (an hour and a half after check-in), the bed had not been made and the remainder of the sheets/ pillow cases were still in the washer and dryer. The comforter was on the floor of the laundry room not even being washed yet. I didn’t want a weekend getaway so I could do laundry. I understand starting a load before check-out, but to not even have the bed made upon arrival was annoying. We had no choice but to finish the laundry as they were the only sheets available for the bed. The stay was fine and convenient to town, but I am unlikely to book with them in the future if this is the standard they have.

Awesome loft in the heart of grand lake

My fiance and I stayed in grand lake over the 4th of July and we absolutely loved the condo. It was right by downtown but just off the main road but a block, so it was easy to walk around town we didn’t need to drive anywhere unless outside of grand lake. The condo was so cute, and very clean and exactly as it was described. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook In and they supplied k cups for morning coffee. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend to anyone visiting grand lake. We will hopefully be returning soon and will def come back to stay here

Perfect home base for a Grand Lake / RMNP trip!

We loved our stay! The unit was perfectly appointed - good amount of space for 2 adults. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and we had everything we could have needed in this beautiful space. Great location - walkable to restaurants and short drive to the park entrance. Washer/dryer was key in the middle of our bigger trip so we appreciated that. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again!

Grand Lake getaway

We have traveled to Grand Lake multiple times. This was our first time staying right in town. We really enjoyed it! The condo was perfect for a couple. Super clean and quiet! We were able to walk to everything and still so close to RNP. Would definitely stay here again. So comfortable and cozy!

One of my best lodging experiences in Grand Lake!

This beautifully finished, modern condo was a perfect place to unwind after hiking in RMNP. The double sided fireplace and open floor plan was perfect! With a central location in the heart of Grand Lake, you can walk to the lake, restaurants, and the local grocery store all within 5-10 minutes, max! Grand Lake is the true definition of a rustic, sleepy mountain town with far less tourist than Estes Park. We will return again soon— thank you!!

The best condo

Clean, cozy, best equipped than any I’ve been to before. The decore is adorable . The balcony was great at night. The town is so cute with great stores and restaurants. Had a boat tour on the lake. Close to the park, we spent several days up and down the mountains . This condo come highly recommended. Walking distance to the whole town . I would stay here again Very highly recommened

Perfect for two people

Great property for a couple! The layout allowed a everything we needed in a relatively small space (nice big shower, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, laundry area, living space, dining area, balcony). Everything was clean and in good/new condition. The location allowed us to easily walk into town and access to trails was a very short drive. The only thing lacking was a fan for air circulation - although the AC unit did a great job at keeping it comfortable. Thank you for a truly pleasant stay!

Convenient and clean but just ok

This apartment is located minutes from the lake and a block from downtown. It is equipped with most everything you need. Some problems we had: Tavern across the street is noisy and noise carries through open windows. The bed was a bit hard for both of us leading to restless sleeps. The lighting in the living room makes it hard for two people to read comfortably. It is fine, but not great.

Girls trip to Granby

Loved this clean, new condo with everything we needed for a great stay. Cooked 2 dinners in - one on the grill and ate on the darling patio. Just a block to town, so everything is in walking distance. It was a lot newer and more updated than other properties we have stayed at in Granby over the years. Small, but charming. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay when visiting RMNP!

Really enjoyed our stay and the town. We could walk to restaurants for dinner and friendly people. The unit was clean and very comfortable, perfect for my husband and I while we explored the park!
