Hi Hayley, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay but surprised to hear some of the comments mentioned as we were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay. - We provide our guests with an email prior to their stay that gives detailed instructions and contact information should any concerns arise during your stay. - A propane tank is provided for the fire pit, however, should it need refilled guests can do this at the local market at the beginning of the neighborhood. - The hot tub was recently drained, cleaned, and refilled prior to your check-in. It is possible maintenance overfilled it as the water does evaporate over time. The hot tub also has a limit of six people at a time. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have promptly responded and had maintenance come and drain some of the water from the hot tub. - We do provide a corkscrew, it's possible it has been misplaced by a previous guest. Silverware is provided for 10 guests, however, they do go missing frequently and we have since restocked the silverware. - For the Keurig machine, we provide Starbucks coffee and decaf, hot chocolate, chai tea, etc. We do not have a coffee pot. - We wish you had reached out during your stay, we live close by and would have been more than happy to bring you additional silverware and pods for the Keurig. We strive to provide our guests with a 5-star experience and we are always available to assist our guests. - We take our listing accuracy seriously and we do advertise the external ring lights to monitor the property outside. The light only turns on when activated by motion outside, letting us know someone is outside and or an animal may be passing by, but does not stay on. - The bathrooms have washable floor mats, similar to hotels, which are washed and changed out after every guest. - The dishwasher is brand new. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have the installation people return to ensure it is correctly mounted. - We always appreciate our guest feedback and will be sure to make changes for new guests moving forward. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
