Calypso on Collins - Ocean Views, Town Centre

Located in the centre of Kiama, within walking distance to Surf Beach, rockpools, harbour, restaurants and cafes. Freshly renovated, this spacious home includes two living areas, separate dining, and three well sized bedrooms sleeping up to 7 guests.

Bedroom one and two include queen beds, with bedroom three including a tri bunk with premium mattresses. The original art deco bathroom has been purposely retained for its vintage appeal, offering a full-size bath and separate shower. A second restroom is offered attached to the laundry accessed at the rear of the property.

The main living room offers water views, split system air conditioning, and Wi-Fi to provide the most comfortable stay. The second living room offers an ambient space, open the French style doors to enjoy the summer breeze from the balcony! The property offers a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen for all your entertaining needs. Enjoy a glass of wine and BBQ with views of the ocean from the rear balcony.

Parking is available on site, however there is no access to the garage. A large private yard and fire pit are also available, which is fully fenced.

Pets are most welcome.

Great Family Holiday House

Had a lovely stay at Calypso. House is really spacious and comfortable and the garden was great for our dog. Shops and cafes just around the corner. Great family holiday house.

Lovely stay in Kiama

We stayed with 6 adults and a dog. The house was spacious and the yard was great for the dog. Communication with Melissa was very efficient.It is a great location to walk to ocean pools, multiple beaches, shops and cafes.Hope to return.

Week away

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a location that was easy for us to walk to restaurants and explore down near the water. The yard was great for the kids and dogs to run around in. The house was beautiful, clean and tidy. Communication was also great between us and Mel!

Great getaway

Spacious and homely. Loved the large rooms, views of trees, the ocean and the night sky. Freda our cavoodle loved exploring the back yard. The retro bathroom with original tap, deep bath was wonderful. Balanced with modern furnishings. Great touches included generous welcome hamper. We were quick to book another weekend.

Excellent choice

Good comfortable stay in older style house with some renovations. Well equipped, with thoughtful touches like snacks provided. Big fully enclosed yard - excellent for the dogs (although doggy door would have made things easier). Also, more power points in the dining area (for using computers etc) would have been useful. Overall: great place to stay!

Exceptional place to stay with family

Clean with wonderful ocean views from the living room. A great outdoor area the kids could go lizard hunting in. New kitchen and everything you could need inside the cupboards. Nice touches of complementary snacks on arrival. Host was amazing at communicating and assisted us to receive a delivery for a birthday girl, even though the package arrived after we had checked out. We will be making this a regular holiday house in the region. Thanks for having us.

Excellent chouce in Kiama

We loved our 4 day stay here. This is an older style property which has been renovated on the inside. Everything is comfortable, clean and inviting. Everything has been thought of and provided. We had our pets with us and the fenced garden is large and fun for them to explore. I would have liked a dryer but that is nit-picking as there is a clothes line and pegs. Walk to town although it’s hilly. Lovely sea view.
