Two tastefully decorated rooms with keyed entry, a full kitchen with dishwasher, private bath, air conditioning & heat, queen bed in bedroom, a futon couch that makes into a double bed, Wi-Fi, TV with a satellite dish, parking at the door, outside sitting areas, decks, communal gas BBQ & camp fire, child friendly.

Please note linens are not provided.

Located less than a 5min walk from the Marina ferry dock, local beach close by.

No check-in instructions were sent the day prior or communication from the host. I arrived going on 4 PM in which the space was still not ready and told to wait additional 45-60 minutes for it to be cleaned. Wi-Fi connection is poor outside of the living room.

I really wanted to like this property, but please do not stay here. Upon arrival, after you’ve made your way up some stairs you aren’t sure are going to hold you and on to a deck full of soft spots, you’re greeted with the overwhelming stench of musk and mold as you open the door and take a step inside. We left a day early. We didn’t sleep, thanks to mice rummaging around all night long. Which also means there is mouse sh*t on counters, etc. And thankfully we packed our own toilet paper as the second roll (which has most likely been there a while) is ripped to shreds by mice. The cabin is not well cleaned, and I made the bad decision to walk barefoot through the building. My feet were dirtier after a few trips back and forth across the cabin than they were after days of camping and wearing sandals 99% of the time. Checking out the dust on the floorboards, especially in the bathroom, confirmed my suspicions that it’s been a great while since the place has had any sort of a deep clean. Now, all that to say, there are some good points. Some of the furniture in the cabin is really nice, and communication was good. Location is excellent. But I just don’t think you should stay here.
