You're literally less than a minute's stroll from The Dunlin Hotel, an Auberge Resorts Collection property. This means you have immediate access to their luxurious amenities, including the Coastal Outfitters outpost, Linette's exquisite dining at The Dunlin or The Aster Spa.

Spoonbill is designed for carefree romantic escapes or the ideal launching pad for authentic Lowcountry adventures. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a Keurig, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, and a mini-fridge. Enjoy a plush king bed and a walk-in shower with a tub. Step out onto your private outdoor porch for breathtaking coastal views. While there's no in-unit washer/dryer, an outdoor shower is conveniently located under the bungalow in the garage. (Please note, the property is on the 2nd floor, requiring 16 steps to enter.)

BOOKING PROCESS:
-Sewee Properties Booking Process: You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
