The perfect coastal getaway for couples, solo travelers, or a relaxing work-from-anywhere stay.
The Sabal Cottage is a charming coastal tiny house with a cozy living space furnished with a queen bed in a lofted bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living space, full bath, work desk, porch, and fully stocked kitchenette. It overlooks a serene private pool deck with temperature-controlled plunge pool and patio seating. The pool is exclusive to guests during their stay. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood on the marsh about 7min (2.7mi) from Folly Beach and 15min to downtown Charleston.
Spaces available to guests include the tiny house and porch, private pool area and parking space. The house is elevated and requires stairs for access.
The main bedroom loft is accessible by a steep staircase/ladder (see photos). If you have concerns with mobility/balance or steep stairs, please consider another property.

-All trash needs to be placed in outside tan bin (located under main house).
-Remove all used linens from beds and place on the floor nearby.
-Place all used towels on bathroom floor.
-Ensure all dishes are washed and left on drying rack or put away.
