“Oystercatcher” (3039 Southerly Way) Come relax by the river in a waterfront bungalow located on the stunning Kiawah River. Walking distance to the Dunlin Hotel, the Bungalows are a limited collection of furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.
Oystercatcher offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub and YouTube TV. Washer/Dryer is not provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.
Oystercatcher is part of the vibrant Kiawah River community on Johns Island. You're just a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Freshfields Village, and only 25 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Embrace the local charm: walk or bike extensive trails, play tennis or pickle ball, shop Rosebanks farm, join a goat yoga class, book a kayak, boat, or fishing tour departing just steps from your door.
Occupancy is 2.
Construction: There are nearby homes and hotel under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

• Check in is at 4 pm, Check out is at 10 am
• Two cars are allowed. 1 car garage and just in front of the bungalow
Optional Spring House Amenity Center Access:
Guests may purchase access to The Spring House amenities for $50 per adult per day, which includes use of the fitness center, pools, jacuzzi hot tub, and sauna. Admission for children ages 4–11 is $25 per day, and children under 4 are admitted free. Fees are paid directly to The Spring House.Please note that amenity hours, pricing, availability, and policies are determined solely by The Spring House and are subject to change without notice. Sewee Properties does not own, operate, or manage these facilities and is not responsible for their rules, hours, or availability.
-Sewee Properties Booking Process:
-50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If within 30 days the total is due at the time of booking.
-You must return Sewee Properties Streamsign Guest License Agreement before the booking is fully confirmed. This is sent via email and signed electronically.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee when cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
-When placing a deposit to reserve a property with Sewee Properties—whether by phone or online—you acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in our Guest Agreement.
