Cozy Branson Stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and has plenty of sleeping places. My only complaint was the bedroom and loft bedroom didn’t cool off as much as the living room/kitchen area. They did have an extra fan which was nice. Beds were comfortable, had a coffee bar, and most utensils you would need. We have stayed in this area before and I thought there was a pool but we could not find it this time. Plenty of parking spaces and easy to get into and out of.

Needs a few updates. Must have old photos.

Property was mostly clean and easy to get to. Burned out light bulbs in, bath and living room. Sheets provided in closet were assumed to be for pullout couch but were for a twin bed that's not in there at all. Had to go buy sheets at 10 PM. Living room looks different than pictured. Chairs were a little dirty. Whoever put flooring in did a horrible job. Wood floor moves when walking on and tile in the kitchen is cracked in a few places. Overall I would stay there again but pictures definitely need updated. Price was good.

Family Trip Tip

The communication with the property owner was very quick and considerate. Our first impression was negative because we pulled off our shoes and in just a minute or two I noticed my son’s feet were black. I quickly washed his feet and checked my own which were also black. I was shocked. I mopped the entire downstairs and alerted the property manager. I battled the elusive dirt on the floors for the duration of our trip. The second thing I noticed was that the washer and dryer were out of order which is generally a huge planning point for my practical needs. Other than those two negatives, I would say I got what I paid for.

Not clean.

The bedding was dirty with crumbs and stains when we first arrived. Used a plug in by a dresser and there was trash and cobwebs that seem to be there for a very long time. The toilet paper rack was falling out of the wall. Shower/bathroom upstairs was not cleaned. Hand towels were dirty/stained. Was not a clean space. Beds were uncomfortable, the one downstairs felt like you were leaning/sinking to one side. We had to buy a blow up mattress.

Great place to stay, everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We arrived early, texted the point of contact person and within 5 minutes had the ok to enter the property early. Our whole stay was quiet and peaceful.

This place was great! My only complaint was the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly, but they did have a fan available. Other than that I would completely recommend this for your stay.

Stay was amazing, condo was amazing (as stated)... minor hiccups (vent covers upstairs almost caused an accident and needs a signal booster for internet/streaming on rainy days) but otherwise very cozy and convenient!!

Good but

Over-all our stay was good once the problems were resolved.The air conditioning was out from the time we checked in on Monday till early evening Tuesday. There was also a problem with the television(firestick) in the living room. The ceiling fan in the loft bedroom was not working properly(no way to run fan without light being on) pull switch on light broken. Also, I don't believe the linens were changed on the bed on 1st floor due to us finding plastic wrappers in the bed and crumbs. Therefore,we slept on top of the comforter. Because of the lack of air conditioning and broken ceiling fan in loft bedroom that wasn't an option. Most nights we slept on the pull out in livingroom. The kitchen stools were wobbly. The laminate flooring was hap hazzardly installed(some places the flooring had huge gaps in it snd were hidden with rugs). The place really needs some TLC. The deck has peeling paint and some of the decking needs replaced(not just covered up with a rug).

Great Place! Close to attractions.

Stayed a week at "Cozy & Convenient Branson Condo w/ Balcony!" Exactly as pictured. 1 bed on the upstairs landing with a bathroom attached (the drain cover is not attached in the shower but it did not effect showering) and 1 bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom. The condo is on the second floor of the building. Clean. Easy to get to from 76 and close to many attractions and popular restaurants. The condo is situated in a larger community. When you get the address that is the building number and you will have to make a couple of turns once in the community and drive past several buildings to get to it. The only time it was noisy was when someone new was moving into one of the units on the same floor. You could not hear talking/tv or anything from the neighboring units. The only things we did not like was the central air seemed to run all the time. No matter if we turned the temperature up or down. It would not stop running, it was like the fan was running the entire time. The other thing was the TV. It seemed to only get a few antenna channels. There are streaming options, however I did not have any of my passwords with me and even when we logged in to free streaming services it spent all it's time buffering or would buffer and then crash. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book this unit if we were to visit again.
