The other bedrooms require stairs to access- This property features smart sensors for noise sensors/water leaks, & overheating. These devices do not record sound (or video), only decibel levels- This property sleeps 10 guests in 5 beds, with room for 12 total by using the two twin mattress- Snow clearing will depend on crew availability. Normally it will be done before your arrival. Shovels and scrapers are available, please help yourself in case of urgent needs- Please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to arrival for all special requests (including early check-ins/late check-outs) to ensure the request can be accommodated- Your safety matters. The rooms had lot of room and an extra mattress you could use for little ones. The game area was really great, it entertained our bunch for hours. The park across the street was really wonderful as well.

This house was roomy, clean, and a great choice for our family vacation. Essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, dinnerware, etc were provided in better quantities than most rentals. Beds and linens were quite comfortable. The host Harry was very responsive and communication was good from before check-in, during the stay, and on day of checkout. The neighborhood was quite nice and we took several walks. So much to do in the Denver area and this home provided a good launching point. Overall an excellent rental property.

Spacious home in great location.

Beautiful spacious home.

We had a wonderful stay in Colorado. The home was perfect for our family. The kids loved the game room! I loved that all the roomed had queen or king sized beds and a tv. Great floor plan. Harry was very responsive and made sure that our stay was perfect.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time at the beautiful spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out but still be together. The game room was phenomenal and the kid’s toys were so helpful for the little ones. Our host was very attentive and answered many questions quickly.

Great stay in denver.

Really enjoyed the stay. This property fit our family perfectly. Only had one minor concern which was addressed by the property manager immediately. We had someone leave a clothing item behind, the property manager shipped the item to us at no charge.

Family Reunion

My siblings and I took my mom to CO to visit her brother that she hasn't seen in 16 years. The home was beautiful and spacious. The 9 of us 6 adults and 3 teenagers were very comfortable. The basement was spectacular and a wonderland for the teens with all of the games and activities. We enjoyed our time in Thornton. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood very conveniently located. Property manager was easy to reach. The only problem we had was the uncleanliness. Dried contacts were on the master bathroom counter top. Boogers on the wall where they were in another post, still there for our visit. The house could use a serious deep clean.

We followed up with the homeowner after reviewing your comments, and they wanted to share the following:- The cleaning team sends detailed photos and videos after each turnover, and no dried contacts were found on the bathroom countertop prior to your stay.- The marks on the wall were previously investigated and determined to be leftover texture from a recent paint touch-up. The area has since been retextured and repainted, and the contractor confirmed that all remaining spots have now been addressed.The homeowner is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and truly appreciates your comments. Photos can be especially helpful in the future, so we can resolve concerns as quickly as possible.

This was by far the best rental we’ve ever booked. Very spacious house for a party of 10. The game room was a major hit!! Harry was a wonderful host! Great communication and provided early check in. We had no issues at the home. Quiet neighborhood! Easy check in process. Highly recommend.

Harry was very responsive. However, place not very clean. Hair in showers on arrival, crumbs in the couches, and boogers on the wall in the guest room downstairs. Robot vacuum would go off at 2/3 am for two nights until we just shut it off. Game room was nice. Felt it is overpriced for the rental.

Very spacious comfortable house. The host is very generous, respond to your question immediately.

We were very comfortable in this house. It accommodate us seven people. We have enjoyed the games, pool table and feet massager after walking around all day. Had 5 bedrooms with TV. There is 3 seating area, and also plenty of kitchen utilities ( pots and pan) and dinnerware’s . Love the whole house. For sure we would stay again here.

This home is equipped with everything you need when you’re away from home. Especially for large groups. Plenty of space with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The game room in the basement had everything you could think of. The house was spotless.-cleanest rental we’ve seen in a while. The beds are all very comfortable. Very accommodating host! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Senior Ladies golf trip

The house was more than efficient, clean, well stocked with extras we weren’t expecting, and anything we needed Harry the manager got to us immediately. All of the games and the basement were fun, additive pool table, ping-pong, table, foosball, Etc. I would recommend this house, completely to any type of group family or friends.

This home was amazing!!! I give it 10 out of 10 stars. The pictures on the website were exactly as the home looked. The home was spotless on arrival! Our Property Manager was extremely responsive. The initial contact was made with me 3 weeks prior to arrival to ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. I would DEFENITELY stay in this home again on my next trip to the Denver area.
