Perfect for relaxing, the living area offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa and chic accent chairs surrounding a wall-mounted TV. A desk and chair nestled in the corner provide a scenic remote workstation. A dining area with a round tulip table separates the main living space from the kitchen. The villa's kitchen is beautiful and functional, with features like a farmhouse sink, custom range hood, wood-look tile backsplash, and waterfall countertop.

Wake up with the ocean! The villa's serene king bedroom offers views of the Atlantic, a wall-mounted TV, and a soothing neutral color palette. A full bathroom has a frameless shower, modern floating vanity, and water closet with separate vanity.

Enjoy expansive views of the beach and ocean beyond from the villa's covered deck. A dining table and chairs make this area ideal for sipping coffee, dining al fresco, or simply soaking in the coastal breezes.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
