This private and cosy townhouse is located conveniently close to the city in the desirable Sandy Bay precinct within short walking distance to the Sandy Bay shops, restaurants, cafes, beach, the University of Tasmania and the Wrest Point Casino. The townhouse is close to public transport (Sandy Bay Road and Regent Street) and a top deck bus stop. Only a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and 25 minute walk to Hobart CBD. Lovely apartment in fantastic location. Near to shops, cafes and within walking dustanfe of the CBD and Salamanca. Comfortable with good amenities. Host was welcoming and responsive. Thank you.

Happy in Sandy Bay, Hobart.

Convenient location for access to Hobart CBD and local markets. Quiet location. Accommodation very suitable for our needs. Appreciated the pantry stocks in the well equipped kitchen. Would recommend for couples.

Quaint apartment in a great location

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this small but well maintained apartment not far from the Hobart CBD. Having a garage space for the car was a treat. The pantry and other household supplies were generous. We made use of the laundry and we had a drying rack for indoors, and made use of the line in the yard on sunny days. It was bright and airy during the better weather and so cosy when the weather turned. We appreciated an air conditioner on the hotter days. It is located very close to the CBD and there were so many cafes, restaurants and services close by, it was easy to walk everywhere. The check-in process was super easy with clear instructions from our host, Sam. In addition, we found the area really quiet.

Sandy Bay - Top Spot.

This town house was exactly as advertised. It was sunny and comfortable - especially the bed. There was everything you need for a Tassie Escape. The kitchen pantry was well stocked. The location was fantastic. Although we had a car, which was securely parked under, we opted to walk when we could. The local shops less than 5 mins, 15 to the beach and Wrest Point Casino. Salamanca and Constitution Dock was only 30min stroll. I would certainly recommend (and return to) this rental.
