Enjoy and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway on the Napanee river. If being on the water is your jam, this is perfect stay for you. This is just the right place to give you that: beautiful views, your own private dock, abundant wildlife, fishing, boating and more! Hear the birds and all nature has to offer. Enjoy grilling on the patio deck, have a meal and drinks by the fire, take in the peace-full views and sounds. When it gets dark, cozy up by the fire place or enjoy with board games.

The space

Just renovated! Amenities-Amenities-Amenities! Something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind waterfront property. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and cozy furniture throughout. Tastefully decorated with lots of love and ready for all ages. Reading porches, fishing dock, outdoor kitchen, hot tub and beautiful view on Napanee river. The home is cozy and convenient for everyone. Two bathrooms with 3 bedrooms to divide up all the family. You have all the basics to enjoy a quick getaway from the city.

The home is all yours to use, including the driveway that can fit 3-4 cars.

Great little gem

Great place to meet up with friends from Ottawa and Toronto. Close to stores and waterfront. Clean, well stocked amenities, beds very conformable. Will be back!

Amazing Stay!

This is an amazing quaint home. Extremely clean, organized and comfortable! The hot tub is a nice added touch which we enjoyed using. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The beaches are about 35 minutes away, but they are definitely with the drive. My family would definitely stay here again!

Nice place but????!

We stayed 6 nights the place was nice kept,but close to the street very close to traffic the pedal board is useless to much stuff in the river: seaweeds and nénuphars. The Internet was not good it was on and off all the time, and not convenient. The bbq had only 2 burners working instead of 4 and I had to ask for gaz tank because it was empty the one we had so really it was ok place but I will not recommend if you need to use the Internet it was a miss altogether voilà.

Amazing Visit!

This place is truly amazing! Super clean, great access, and convenient amenities. The views are picturesque, and very relaxing. Host was very responsive and caring, which is very welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous cottage and decor with great ammenities

The Llama Llama cottage is absolutely gorgeous, wonderfully appointed with modern decor and with absolutely everything you could need. We sepcially appreciated the large kithcen and dining area as we had everything we needed to cook our meals; sometimes renatl places have only the bare minimum in cookware and staples but that was certainly not he case here and made our experience all the better and cozier. Another favourite was the hot tub on a nice patio overlooking the water - not to be missed! Jelena is a warm, welcoming, responsive, and attentive host. She answered any questions promptly and checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well or if there was anything we needed. The only small detail to note is that the cottage is not located in Prince Edward County, but about 10km further east in Napanee. Jelena let us know this on the day of check-in and that they has asked VRBO to update the location. This was not a major issue for us as everything else was exaclty as described and perfect for us, but if you want to be right in the county, you might be a little further than expected. We would absolutely stay here again and would love to see it in the summer, too!
